Service and location was decent, however the room hygiene was pathetic, dirty stained bed linens, cockroaches in the rooms, dusty wardrobe, it's a hotel for bachelor's types of crowd but cannot accommodate comfort to ladies and families.

Very bad rooms. Not like photos as shown in the booking website. The room I stayed in was supposed to be a premium room. Very noisy inside the room. We had travelled with a kid, whose sleep was disturbed by the noise. Very hard bed, and not so good quality pillows. No running hot water, we have to keep it open for 10 minutes to get warm water. We never got full hot water during our night stay. Had to checkout earlier than the planned stay.

Very bad hotel. Bad service, pillows are moldy, sheets are dirty. Leaking sink room smells like a bathroom. Interior design is done poorly. 0/0 Do not go here

Owner is very polite. Service is quiet good. Rooms are comfy. Location is good, Metro station is n walking distance. Can get an auto/cab any time. Bathrooms are clean. Parking might be a small problem (i'm not sure) But its a very nice place to stay with family/partner/friends

I visited this hotel with family in March, The property location is well located on the main road. I book this hotel by considering the Fab hotel chain. The hotel service, food, support, and Co-operation were excellent and perfect. but the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms and toilets are not in condition for the stay even considering the price range that they offering. I would suggest checking the condition of the hotel rooms and toilets before booking. particularly this property, but the management staff support everything was perfect.

I booked 3 nights through booking.com, prepaid and informed about my late check-in twice.||My driver couldn't take me to the hotel due to road closures that day. I had not received any information about this. So I had to look for a new place to stay at short notice and in the middle of the night.||I subsequently canceled my booking and should have been refunded 2 out of 3 nights according to the booking.com screen. But I haven't. ||I did not get one answer to my messages and concerns via booking.com. Automated content only.||So I looked up an email address and contacted the hotel. In a friendly exchange I was asked for informations and eventually my refund request was denied. I would never book again.
