FabHotel Grand Palazzo

Pathetic experience. Deluxe double bedroom was not having tea set and kettle. Only one towel was provided and that too a dirty one. Lot's of mosquitoes and worst was continuous drilling sound 24 x 7, can't sleep at noon and night as well. No car parking was there.

I was impressed by all of staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything . And one female in their staff she was very sweet and very polite. she was managing all work very perfectly. All of good there

Thieves - The manager and other cleaning staff. My dad went to Delhi for his cousin's 10th day of death and met with horrible news at the hotel. His whole medicine bag with medicine worth 3K and his fossil watch was stolen from his bag. Upon informing the manager about the incident she did nothing. My father trusted the hotel for cleaning and this is how they repaid. He had to catch a flight today hence couldn't file an F.I.R against all the staff involved in the crime. Even after informing to MakeMyTrip customer care they have taken no action yet. Also they have plastic glass in the room with a kettle. Like useless. For more than 4K for 2days this is worthless place to stay.

This is the hotel to stay at,I have stayed all over out standing. I call this a smilling hotel! I never stopped smilling from the time I arrived until left. Lovely staff and spotlessl and a great location, lovely bistro across the road dot miss this hotel if your going to Delhi please visit in this hotel excellent hospitality . Excellent staff

Room not clean, pillow without cover, shower and tap not working properly, staff service very bad,plate and glass very dirty....my experience was very bad, waste of money,,dirty hotel

Book at your own risk. Not worth the money, no breakfast is available. The rooms are suffocating and no mirror in the rooms. Toilet stinks, mosquitoes in the room. We paid for breakfast but were not provided as they don't have a kitchen. I will never recommend a Fab hotel ever.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palazzo. The rooms were not only spacious and clean but also beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The lighting was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the mirrors were well-placed, which was a thoughtful touch for those who appreciate it. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
