Pathetic rooms . Room was full of spider webs , Bidee and cigarette wastes . Seems that they are not Cleaning rooms properly. Bathrooms is also quite old and taps were rusty . As this Hotel is " Couple Friendly " as per there visiting card you can understand there clientage . It shows the customer profile and their inclination for types of customers. Hotel is More interested in hourly booking . So choose this hotel as per your interest .

The room was filled with smell of cigarettes we asked for a new room and the other one also had a very bad smell. No cleanliness at all. They mention they offer a smart tv in rooms but that tv is just a shit frame on the wall and good for nothing.

One of the worst hotel stays I had at a very costly price. I raised a complaint on fabhotels. They replied that the hotel is maintained as per expectations!! Following were my observations: 1. Smelling and dirty bedsheet and quilt. 2. Bedsheets were having burn holes. 3. Dirty bathroom, broken commod. 4. Uncleaned room and bathroom floors. 5. No drinking water in the room. Dirty glasses. 6. Very pathetic welcome 7. No remote for TV. I am attaching the pictures as proof. Because of such a dirty environment, I avoid staying at night in the hotel and came early in the morning for checkout. I also skipped the breakfast for which I paid. Don't believe in fabhotels.com as they are not trustworthy

Unclean rooms and washrooms. They say it as a couple friendly, but it is not. No proper service. Don't try to book a room there you will land in trouble.

Pathetic service, unhygienic, rooms are in worst condition, no cleanliness maintained, washrooms are not clean, Fab hotel should not take consider this property under Fab hotel as that will effect reputation of Fab Hotel
