Different image of the room was shown and different room was alloted, even though I had booked the normal room, they had shown good pictures.. secondly ac wasn't working, room wasnt clean and God!! Room was isolated from other rooms !!!! Worst..!! Location of the hotel is kind of ok..Staff is however polite and kind..

Bad service no towels , they took 1hr to give 2towels in room. Room claims 24*7 non existent kitchen service. We asked for tea at 7:45 am in morning, staff said kitchen opens at 8:00 but their CHEF did not arrive till 8:30.

One of the worst hotel. They dont even have hand towels, toiletries. Rooms are pathetics just dont go by pictures, you will see opposite side of this. I took hotel for a night and spent 1400 on Goibibo. Not a single penny worth. Disclaimer-"Go On Your Risk"
