FabExpress Taj Residency

Stayed here for a night, my overall experience was good, the rooms and everything was nice and I had a comfortable stay. Since I had to head out early in the morning for an Interview nearby, they were kind enough to open up their in-house kitchen to serve me with tea at 7 in the morning, Tea was good as well. (They don't have a full house kitchen, the kitchen only serves breakfast and Tea), also they were kind enough to hold my luggage till I came back from my interview (which was past the check-out time) and even offered me a room for relaxing and changing once I was back without any additional charges. Whatever they might be lacking in terms of overall service is compensated by the warm hospitality and good service by the team.

Rooms are neat and clean.. the only problem was accessibility because it is situated in a narrow lane.. it's a family friendly hotel and the staff will assist you well. Complementary breakfast is also provided but you have to intimate them about 40 mins beforehand.. other than that everything was good comfortable beds, clean washrooms. It was a nice stay

Experience was really awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful,food was very tasty, stay was pleasant. all facilities were very great. Thanks Taj team and special thanks to anita and Vardha who made the birthday of my daughter very special by giving surprise gift to her.

Clean spacious rooms. Cooperative staff. Amenities were also provided. Well furnished. That too at an affordable rate. Would recommend.

Location is good but service is poor . They did not give us bath towels for the second day even after multiple follow-ups . Luckily we had carried one with us which allows us to take bath . They charge 4K per day and say 3 star . It is now where near this . Only good thing is staff were polite . The road to the hotel was dug up on both sides . Please avoid if possible . Even food is not available and you have to order from outside . I would hesitate to book from fab express from now on . Absolute misrepresentation of facts on the hotel booking website . The building did not look like anything in picture

The location is very interior, staff service is good. Rooms are clean but bed spread, pillow covers are not clean Too many misquotes So many stains in bathroom If you want very budget and you have event in Yashoobhoomi then it's worth

I recently booked a 3-day stay via FabExpress, and my experience was highly disappointing. On the first day, they didn't allowed me to check in. I have to shift to another property booked my me myself. Overall, this was a terrible experience. My stay extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend!

Nice room good location Peaceful surroundings. Good manager Ms Hemalata , she helped in easy checkin & check out .
