The staff experience was extremely disappointing, with unprofessional and unhelpful behavior. The overall hygiene of the place was appalling, as there were cockroaches everywhere, making the stay highly unpleasant. The management showed no responsibility or willingness to address any concerns. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, as it fails in both cleanliness and customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Every time you call them they will tell you a different price, I cancelled my stay on the call and they didn't even refund me and when I requested to reverse my cancellation they asked me to make another booking. I advise you to STAY AWAY from these hotels.

It was a good stay for the price, rooms are clean and the design is good for the price... Overall I had a good experience in this hotel. Staff is nice all the employees were well behaved and cooperative. I am happy with the experience.

I would like to rate the hotel 3.5 but the customer service from fab is - zero. The policy is rigid and extremely horrific. Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels .

Location is gud , but the staff is pathetic and cleaning is very poor , we have paid 2k for a room but the service was extremely disappointed, they only give towel when you ask 2-3 times, we stayed for 2 nights I requested to change pillow cover but no response from staff. DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE.
