Absolutely poor stay and pathetic experience. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE Everything in the room was dirty. Bedsheets had stains and holes. Bathroom items were all broken. No keys for the initial room provided, no chair in the room, no basic sanitation items(soap/tissue paper/towel), no ac remote. And not any help from the staff. FabHotels to you, absolutely poor service. I called you trying to complain and/or find a solution but the call dropped midway and i received no communication.

In this area it's a bit difficult to find hotels, then i found this. Hotel staffs are co-operative, helper also takes my 3-4 luggages to 4th floor, really helpful. At first it was quiet also felt lil bit odd but all was ok, even they allow to stay till 1pm.

I was going through reviews before booking this accommodation, they were so confusing and fearful. But the honest one is staff is little lazy, though room was clean and bed sheets was also good. That was not smelling at all. But one major thing, I would unhappily like to mention, staff was too noisy and unprofessional they were shouting and singing loudly in the lobby. Last but not least water was not available in bathroom neither in tap, towel was missing, A/C remote was not there. They provided water bottle but that was used and refilled by staff. If I suggest, don't go for it with this amount, maximum 700-800 is fine for such service and accomodation. You can get anywhere else easily. Giving 2 stars just because of location and clean room.

Its genuinely pathetic hotel, staff was rude, always asking about checkout, rooms were not clean, bad behaviour and worst stay, dont believe what you are seeing in these websites.

If you are a local couple they will give you the worst room which only have a bed that it no tv no towel no soup dirty bedsheet you can get this type of rooms for 600 700 they are charging 1300 1400 nothing is upto the mark waste of money

Very bed experience. No hygiene very dirty room. Broken toilet seat no toiletries lift not operational.

Room qualities' is very poor . 2. Room Ac Not working properly cooling issue . 3. Washroom wall fully damaged . 4. Room bed blanket with fully spumed - smashed . 5. Front of wall damage - lots of dust ( Cigarette, Condoms packet, use condoms , lady hairs) 6. All photos attached .

I have been to this hotel last week when I was attending my friend's marriage. Hotel hygiene is zero. 1. The moment you enter, you will start getting smell of dust. 2. Reception area is dirty, 3 sofas are there but none of them are clean. 3. Lift is there but not working. 4. Checking time was 12 but we reached by 10.30. They made us wait saying room is getting clean and prepared for next stay. After 1.30 hr waiting, they cleanest room we get, which was: a. stinking, b. floor was dirty c. I doubt if they changed bed sheet, pillow cover and Quilt cover as I coulf see stains on them, stinking and hair. 5. Bathroom drainage was not working. After taking shower, water came inside room. 6. Complaining about bathroom didn't work as they took it casually and said we will get that fixed. 7. It took 4hrs for water to get drained completely. Not a family hotel
