FabExpress Rama - Hotel in Rohini, New Delhi

No check in even after advance booking through agoda. They gave our two rooms to other guest on hourly basis. This hotel is pure randikhana. Dont bring your families here.

The reason why I am giving three star because it's not a good hotel to stay while booking from Fab Hotel website or any other website 1. If you add a breakfast you are not going to receive it as they told me sir we don't have a kitchen so we can give you breakfast but you have to pay an extra charge. 2. I guess it is mandatory for every hotel to provide towels,shampoos,soap they didn't provide me anything the very next day I went to shop and bought the stuff from there. 3. There were bugs and mosquitoes in the rooms although they provided me a Good night repellent. ( I'll recommend you not to come to this Hotel if you have this type of budget of around 2500 you can recommend this but I I am not going to recommend you you are not getting anything after paying that much amount)

The bed was dirty and burnt sheets. The covers were patchy and dirty. They showed us the room 404 and said no other rooms are available. It was stained with some sort of chemicals that removed its colors. Room smelled of some weird chemical. All the items were dusty and tainted. Bathroom was unclean and clogged at the sewer passage near shower. AC was broken and dirty. Everything was dirty. And they charged 1468 for that room. Please dont go here. When i exited the room to visit a place outside. They had cleaned other rooms and left its dirt on the veranda. With sheets and towels. No proper methods set up. Very bad experience.

Staff well trained, helpful, friendly from front desk reception & house keeping. Staff was very polite. Room size is good with clean washroom. Location is good.

Very nice hotel in Qotel stay with the price on OTA offered. Staff is good, rooms are clean and well maintained. Specially Ms JYOTI well groomed staff and attitude is very polite who deal with happiness.

This has been one of my most horrible experiences when it comes to hotel stays in my entire life. These people are cheating their customers in broad daylight as the pictures they have displayed on the website is nowhere close to the real deal. We had booked two rooms, both of which were utterly horrible in terms of upkeep and hygiene. The bed linen had all kinds of stain, hair and insects all over it. The restrooms and the room in itself was full of dirt and tobacco stains on the walls. The corridor leading upto the rooms were strewn with dirt and dirty clothes. When we asked the staff to clean the linen, they never complied. Moreover ours was a booking with breakfast so upon checking in we inquired about the breakfast timings, but to our surprise the hotel authorities told us they don't provide any sort of breakfast. The rooms lacked basic amenities. The experience was such a disappointment that we checked in at '9 pm'and ended up checking out at '10:30 p' that too with a sick person. This was overall a very traumatic experience and we will make sure none of our friends and family visit this property in the near future.

Staff was not good. Room was not properly cleaned , bad smell , washroom not clean , shower was leaking , toilet paper not provided, washroom dustbin is not given , tv was not working , AC Cooling was not working. I stay 2 days and fully suffered.
