The stay was not disappointing at all! However, the standards of the property and the room did not meet those of fab's usual standards. I have stayed in many fab properties, and they typically maintain a high standard. This place is not very pleasant; it feels more like a clean lodge. I would not recommend it to someone looking for a 3-star or 4-star experience. You should come with the mindset that it's just a clean lodge. Reasons: No restaurant available Towels were not in good condition The soap provided was not actual soap There is no intercom to call reception No dental kit or additional amenities are available The internet was not working properly I was unable to locate the property at all. It took us one hour to find it because the GPS location shared with us was incorrect. We tried contacting Booking.com, but no one responded. Later, when we called the hotel, there was also no response. After much difficulty, we were able to locate the place with the help of local residents.

Location is good but difficult to find through google map as it's on a side alley. The rooms are spacious but unkempt. Needs maintaining. Location is good as it's just next to a metro station.

I Such a I really appreciate form this hotel because everything are too good and clean and housekeeping staff properly maintain cleanliness and Front desk office staff are known how to talk the guest and they were very humble. And Management of this hotel too good they properly maintain hotel. And main point room price is very cheap.

Very bad services and alot of distrubance during day, noice from working labors

This hotel is the most ridiculous hotel. I booked my stay from Fabhotels website and when I checked in they asked me for extra money and denied the check-in. I was not allowed to check-in unless they got extra money. They stated that their prices are increased today and I have to pay extra. Rooms are ridiculous too. Bad service Bad room Bad washroom It's a total waste of money. Do not go to this Hotel. They only want your money, and they don't care about the service. Bad behaviour from the staff, receptionist.
