We had to wait for almost 30 to 45 minutes for the room to prepare as AC was being serviced, and the check in was 12 pm, but we checked in at 3 pm, still room was not prepared.

Pathetic hotel I have ever been to in my life. Would not come back here even if offered for free.

I booked three rooms at this hotel around 20 days in advance for an official meeting in Gurgaon on April 6th. However, upon arrival in the morning, we were informed by the lady at the reception that no rooms were available. After waiting for an hour, we were told there were still no rooms and were directed to another branch at sector 9.The alternative accommodation provided was far below our expectations. The rooms were of Oyo type, had a stale odor, and were in a pathetic condition. It seemed like the hotel primarily caters to couples, which made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy during our stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would advise others to avoid this hotel if possible. The lack of professionalism and the inconvenience caused tarnished our trip to Gurgaon. When we checked on google hotel still accepting the bookings for their main hotel. I think this is there regular business to take booking at main hotel and while check in send them to another one.

I am not recommending this hotel. I booked whole floor with four rooms. Owner was very rude. Service was pathetic. It took them 2 hr to deliver food and that also in silver dabbas just like a road side stall. No cutlery was provided by the hotel. No room heater provided in winter even after promising. The staff was drinking in the kitchen in a day till 6 PM, after complaining of the staff then they left from there. After taking complete payment and they provided rooms after 5 p.m. The owner just wants to accept bookings both offline and online even if he didn't have the room. And they have only one answer to everything, *sorry abhi available nahi hai* . Totally spoiled my stay.

Nothing good except that the allotted Room was clean, AC worked. There's no kitchen, no dedicated car parking, breakfast (procured from outside) was bad. Nothing good about the hotel. One exception was a boy Pawan from Nepal who was doing everything.

Worst experience i ever had. I booked deluxe room, instead of giving us deluxe room they gave normal room which was so dirty. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Room service is worst and so unprofessional. Attached the photo of the room, mirror are broken and room was so dirty and smelling a lot.

Location wise the hotel is placed well. Easy to locate with many landmarks near by However, the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. They didnt prepare the rooms well enough to ensure bugs or mosquitoes are removed. They didnt even have spray. They only had mosquito coil. The biggest issue is that they dont have a kitchen in the hotel. They have one restuarant in their other branch in sector 29. So all the other branches scattered in the area are serviced by that one kitchen. So anytime food is ordered it takes more than an hour for any room service. They have breakfast included but they dont add tea or coffee with it. So it is just breakfast no tea or coffee in the morning. Which is odd However the staff was was friendly and were trying to help as much as they could.
