I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Check in was seamless and I was quickly escorted to a beautifully clean and we'll appointed room. I also dined at the hotel restaurant and was amazed by the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the waitstaff. Especially thanks for Mr Harish Negi excellent service quite and smilly face with good nature.

I recently stayed at this hotel. And I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming professional and incredibly attentive. Check in was smooth and quick and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink while waiting. Food was very excellent and morning breakfast is heathly and amazing. The restaurant service was excellent Mr. Harish Negi good take care of me .

I stayed at Deventure Sarovar Portico Patel Nagar New Delhi from 20.04.2025 to 21.04.2025. My experience was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it had all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, and they took care of my every need. I also used the Conference Hall at the hotel, which was very good. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, and it was close to the main attractions of the city. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is generally ok except for some details of the room (for eg. shower is too weak and it is difficult to get a good bath) and location is not near center or New Delhi. Rooms that face to the front have too much noise. Traffic is ongoing all day and night. Also the train runs in front of the rooms. Noise is non stoppable. They should put some kind of noise isolation in windows. The restaurant is good. Food is good and the service also.

In last Oct, we arrived at 7.25 am at Hotel Deventure, supposedly a 4 star hotel and enquired about our room booking. The staff there ,Mr.Ali responded saying that no rooms are available although booking is confirmed in our name. We would have to wait until 11 am for getting a check in without any additional payment. Or we can pay and get a room by 8 30 am. But we were told by our tour operator to not pay anything since the entire amount had already been settled with the hotel. They did not offer us a restroom or a place to freshen up despite being with a 2 year old toddler. They kept us pathetically waiting at the lobby. Also, we saw that there were other customers who were given a room to freshen up although they said the rooms were full. At 9 am, some manager comes and informs us that 2 pm is the standard check in time and might have to wait until then. I want to understand a practical explanation for having to face such humiliation for no reason that too when we are travelling with a 2 year old child and having paid the whole amount well in advance. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thankfully, I trusted the Sarovar brand and chose this place over several other Delhi hotels with suspect reviews. A clean room, efficient and polite service, and good food were exactly what I needed after a hectic day of travel. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient, and the service of the restaurant staff was exemplary. The room was a bit too small, but it's not a major issue when travelling alone and staying for just one evening. Also, it's conveniently located to get to the metro or the Delhi Cantt station. Glad I found a reliable hotel in this part of Delhi that doesn't cost a bomb for basic services.
