Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini by IHG

My experience at this hotel has been really good so far. The staff is welcoming and very courteous. The property is clean and well maintained. |I've been taking swimming coaching from Mandeep sir since a month & it has been amazing. He is really good at his work, he makes you feel comfortable and in no time teaches you how to swim without wasting your days doing the basic things repetitively. He is hard working and makes sure you learn well. |Overall a very nice experience and I hope to have the same in future.

This hotel makes you feel at home during your stay.|The rooms are large and well furnished. However the hotel needs to invest in providing anti-slip mats and grab bars in shower cubicles in all rooms.This is must for senior citizens.||The hospitality of the staff at Mosiac,the all day dining restaurant, is amazing.|The chefs viz Adhikari,Bobby and Deewan are always willing to cook dishes as per your liking,even if it is not listed in the menu. This is really wonderful.|The Managers viz Anil, Chandan and Hitesh are truly caring. No words to describe their hospitality.|The server Shubham gave excellent service whilst dining.|On the day of departure, after lunch at Mosiac, Hitesh along with some members wished us a Bon Voyage with a Pastry. This was indeed a nice and thoughtful gesture.

I had the pleasure of hosting a reunion with my school friends at the Crown Plaza Hotel Rohini, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The bar staff, particularly Rajesh and Mempal Ji, deserve a special mention for their outstanding professionalism and thoughtfulness. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening, ensuring our comfort and happiness. Rajesh and Mempal Ji were incredibly attentive, courteous, and supportive, which made our gathering even more enjoyable. Their warm demeanor and attention to detail did not go unnoticed--they truly made us feel like valued guests. The rest of the bar staff was equally amazing, maintaining a high level of service with a friendly and accommodating attitude. The ambiance of the bar was fantastic, and the atmosphere perfectly complemented the lively reunion with my friends. The drinks were top-notch, the food was delightful, and every aspect of the evening was seamless, thanks to the impeccable team at the Crown Plaza Hotel Rohini. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and its bar to anyone looking for a memorable experience with unmatched hospitality. Absolutely Disappointed - I never expected such an upsetting experience from a reputed hotel like Crowne Plaza. We booked lots of rooms for a wedding celebration, filled with joy, family. But instead, what we received was rigid, unaccommodating service that completely ruined the vibe of our special occasion. As part of our wedding festivities, we simply requested a few general playing cards--something so basic and harmless--for the families to relax and enjoy in their own rooms. Despite repeated polite requests, the hotel staff outright denied us this small comfort. Even after clearly explaining that it was purely for casual, light-hearted fun among family members, they continued their denial, refusing to cooperate in any way. They started making excuses like 'in delhi it's not allowed' and other nonsense things. What's worse is that this wasn't a last-minute budget booking. We had made a large group reservation, and yet the hotel showed zero flexibility, zero customer empathy, and no understanding of how families gather and bond during weddings. If you're planning a wedding or family stay, DO NOT stay at Crowne Plaza. A hotel that doesn't understand the importance of joyful gatherings, or even the simplest of guest needs, has no business hosting families or wedding groups. I repeat: NEVER book Crowne Plaza for any wedding or family event. You'll only find rules over relationships and restrictions over respect. Didn't expect this.

We stayed there second time and whole crown plaza rohini team was awesome. Many Many Thanks to Nitin Yadav (Manager) Jayesh (reception staff, he's very kind) And Monica (Restaurant girl, she served us breakfast during our stay). Nitin made our holidays amazing & honestly saying your hospitality made us to stay there again buddy. Definitely we'll stay there during our next trip to India. You guys are the best.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days with my family. Right from the breakfast and dinner to the room hospitality, everything was on point and excellent. Didn't face any issues regarding cleanliness, timely attention or anything else. Worth every penny you spend!

A good 5-star hotel experience with all the necessary and basic amenities. The staff is very polite & obliging. Their service is also decent. Swimming pool, Gym & other services are also well kept & cleaned. Definitely will visit once again.

The room quality was good, the breakfasts were really great with good combination of food and drinks, and a fantastic service. People were always helpful and we really appreciated the help of the personnel. The only low point was the cleaning room across our room. Otherwise an enjoyable stay in this Crowne Plaza.
