It's worst Accomodation..Rooms & washrooms are dirty & fittings & fixtures are unserviceable..No gieser facility..Bedsheets & clothings are dirty...Worst hiegene standards.. Staff & Owner are negligent towards providing desired services..They impose their own conditions while check in & out... This OYO Facility deserves '0' ratings.. These issues were observed on 05 Feb 25.. It's humble request to Customers not to opt this OYO Facility...

Worst worst worst condition hotel. Jan 2025 . Too much worst condition rooms available. Please don't spoil your Delhi trip by this Hotel. Hotel nahi it's kind of "tabela" , one time tabela will also u get clean than this hotel rooms. Worst counter persona behaviour, worst room service, dirty rooms , unhygienic bed, dirty bathroom. I have never seen such a worst hotel in whole Delhi or in India. Such a horrible experience. Don't even think of it.

Hi everyone, If you look for a cheap room on Google, it just shows up for 654 rupees, but the hotel management or reception will charge you more than 1200 per night. I'm asking OYO teams to please take action; if they don't, delete the list from OYO. This hotel is trying to negatively represent OYO, so please take the appropriate measures. The management overlooked the behavior and was really impolite. The hotel was dirty; there was damage and dust everywhere, the rooms were not tidy, the bathrooms had dirty sheets, etc. View the hotel's pictures below. I advise against staying at this hotel.Try a different hotel. Thank you

Collection O Ramji Grand near Kirti Nagar metro station requires a 40-50 rupee autorickshaw ride. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior is poor, and they may refuse to honor bookings made through the Oyo app. They might insist that you pay an additional 1000 rupees for an AC room instead. If you book through Oyo, be prepared for potential issues and possibly not receiving the room type you reserved. Overall, the service and booking process at this hotel are problematic, making it a less reliable choice.

I had a enormous bad experience everything was improper first of all room which the owner alloted to us was too smelly and the bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and specially toilet was the hightlighting thing in the room i had seen that much dirty toilet for the first time even the flush was not working and the bucket was also too much dirty and the lock of the door was also broken, and when we asked to that owner for room change he denied and his language was too much rude and even me and my brother was not able to bath just because the owner didn't provide us the hot water. My experience was really bad not recommend to anyone for stay in this kind of dirty place it was very much unhygenic instead of this anyone can spend their night on footpath it would be the cleaner space then the room of this hotel.

Worst room ever... The room was full smelling The washroom was in pathetic conditions even though the government washroom is far better than this so you can imagine by this what is the condition of the washroom and room. The problem is that i already paid the money and these people refuse to return money due to that i have to stay there. There is no option of negative marking otherwise I will provide them negative.

Worst hotel . Don't be fooled by price . Firstly call after booking. Cuz they will charge extra money for AC. I booked AC room for 900 and thankfully I called before reaching. The moron manager said 1200 for AC and do not pay for Oyo. Pay to us. They are froud they just use Oyo for marketing
