I recently visited City Park Green Resort on GT Karnal Road for an event, and while there were some highlights, accessibility issues significantly impacted my experience. Here's a detailed breakdown of my visit:Accessibility Concerns: As someone who relies on a mobility scooter, I found the resort's accessibility to be severely lacking. The entry ramp was poorly designed, with a steep incline that made it difficult and unsafe to navigate. Additionally, access to the banquet halls was hindered by a 90-degree angled ramp, which was practically impossible to maneuver on a scooter. This design oversight made moving around the venue frustrating and restrictive. To make matters worse, the entire resort has only one lift, which was inconveniently located and insufficient for a property of this size. For anyone with mobility challenges, these issues make the venue highly inaccessible, and I hope the management addresses them promptly.Food Quality: On a positive note, the food was a highlight of the experience. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, including Indian, Chinese, and Continental options. Everything I tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The catering team did an excellent job of accommodating dietary preferences, and the quality was consistent across the board. Guests at the event also praised the food, which was a redeeming aspect of the visit.Service: The staff at City Park Green Resort were courteous, attentive, and professional. From the event coordinators to the serving team, everyone was prompt and eager to assist. They handled requests efficiently and maintained a warm, welcoming demeanor throughout the event. Their service added a positive touch to the overall experience, despite the accessibility challenges.Ambiance and Facilities: The resort itself is visually appealing, with lush green lawns and elegantly decorated banquet halls. The Pearl and Emerald banquet halls, in particular, have a sophisticated charm, with modern interiors and ample space for large gatherings. The outdoor gardens are well-maintained and provide a serene setting for events like weddings or receptions. However, the lack of adequate accessibility infrastructure overshadowed these positives for me.Additional Notes: The resort's location on GT Karnal Road is convenient, though some reviews mention traffic congestion in the evenings, which can make reaching the venue a bit challenging. Parking is spacious, which is a plus for large events. The resort also offers in-house decor and catering services, which seemed well-executed based on the event I attended.Overall Impression: City Park Green Resort has the potential to be a top-tier venue with its beautiful ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service. However, the serious accessibility issues--particularly the poorly designed entry ramp, 90-degree angled ramps to the banquet halls, and the single lift--make it an impractical choice for anyone with mobility challenges and elders as well. I urge the management to invest in proper accessibility upgrades to make the resort inclusive for all guests. Until then, I'd recommend this venue with caution, especially for those who require mobility aids.

Horrible place. The only place to ask for a security deposit before staying. They don't provide extra water for drinking without payment, the food portions are very less. No menu in the room, no card for phone numbers. The only good thing is that the room service staff responds quickly and are cordial. But they won't provide you with anything you ask for. Even basic amenities like extra drinking water, extra pouches of coffee that's provided in the room are not provided. I have no idea why they asked for a security deposit, there's nothing in this room that's worth the 2,000 they asked as the deposit. There's no heating in the room, the centralised ac is shut off, and there's a small blower in the room that doesn't function. The place is barely functioning and not worth the price.

Beside Loacatiom resort is a perfect in all aspects. Although location was a boon for me as my exam centre was hardly metres away from resort and staff were very cooperative especially the reception staffs

This Hotel is 3 star but he provided All facilities are like 4 star hotel and Staff are also very good behaviour.

Great experience. Location, food , service was top class. Serving team was execellent specially Sandeep Singh was always there to fulfill the demands of each guest. Whole team was there even after late hours. Keep going.

Went there for a wedding. Its quite big. There were 2 weddings at the same time. food was ok..
