C-Pearls Hotel And Banquet

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were well-maintained and hygienic. The receptionist, Seema Ji, was very polite and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. However, I feel the food prices are quite high for a single person. I suggest that the rates be adjusted accordingly for those staying alone, as it would be more budget-friendly for a solo guest to have two meals. For larger groups or families, the current rate is fine, but for single travelers, it might need to be reconsidered. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

The whole experience of staying at this place was pathetic. Reception staff was arrogant right from entering in the hotel and the way they were during the stay. Elevators stopped working and it took them more than 15 hrs to get them fixed after multiple follow ups with the staff. Rooms were not cleaned properly and mosquitoes everywhere. Air conditioning was not running in lobby areas as well. Parking was a dark messy hole.

So i genuinely like tge rooms. The only complaint i have is with the washroom they were not clean and the water is too salty that my eyes started itching after a while. But else than that everything was nice. The food is affordable as well as tasty. It's near mundka metro station. I had a good stay there.

Good behaviour front office Espeacially seema and lokesh Very nice staff room and food was good taste. I prefer any one to stay here very good place near metro staion

Price on higher side as online it was 2000,they charged 3000,food is gud but costly reception staff Seema was kind enough to adjust checkout timeing.Room is spacious and clean, electric kettle are in bad condition

Suite room is spacious. But did not have hot water supply, dusty not cleaned properly, breakfast was average.

Hotel is so nice and clean, staff is also very friendly specially seema and dev is very friendly. They are always support. My experience with this hotel many times and I always choice this hotel for my business trip .
