Bloom Hotel - Karol Bagh

The hotel is clean and well managed. Staff always kind and ready to help you.|The location is perfect, not far from major monuments. Breakfast could be better but after all highly recommended. Price in line with the standard. Worthy stay we will come back

It's simply great. Good range of buffet breakfast with good taste and quality. The room we opted was very clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Special mention to Mr. Anup for his excellent support and hospitality. Good accessibility.

Rooms are a decent size and the bed is huge and very comfortable. The hotel is clean and the free bottled drinking water in the lobby is a great treat. We stayed here on 2 separate occasions during our travels around northern India and both rooms were great and as described. We had hot water in the shower all days except for our final morning, when the shower was cold. The hotel was much busier this day so this is likely why, but I would expect the showers to be hot no matter how busy the hotel is. The breakfast was great value for money too with both western and Indian options.

The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. The check in and checkout process was smooth. The food options at the restaurant was amazing. Few km afterwards there is market as well

We were pleasantly surprised by Bloom Hotel. The rooms are exactly as in the photos and very clean. It has great service with a 24hr reception. Well located near the metro and a junction in Karol Bagh which makes it easier to get out. The market is just behind and lots of shop available too. We will definitely stay in a Bloom Hotel again.

Excellent rooms. Clean and tidy. Great service. What else does one need at a hotel, comfort and cleanliness. Besides, they need to work on uber location. It doesn't pick up at the hotel location. Also, breakfast taste can be better. But the stay was excellent.

The hotel is a affordable option that makes sense for the quality. The rooms were good, some stains on the bedsheets. The customer service was helpful and polite. I just had a couple issues when asking for items and had to remind them. The location is near some tourist sites like the India gate and The Red Fort.

It was conveniently located, walking distance from the Karol bagh metro station. Neat ,clean ,large room with a double bed. The toilet was small and compact. The shower area was comfortable. The service was good,we stayed overnight. Reached late at night but there was someone at the reception to help us get our luggage to the room.||Thank you housekeeping team ( Dharmendra)
