Ashoka Int Hotel Karol Bagh

It's the worst property I have ever stayed at in my whole life. All ratings and pics are fake We booked on booking.com and our flight was early in the morning. We contacted on the number given by booking.com and everything was settled for an early check-in in morning. When we reached the property all tired of the journey, they refused availability of room. When i told him about the conversation, they denied that the number didn't belong to them. They put me in a very odd situation at 7 am, with 3 suitcases and me and my wife had no energy to roam around for any other property After some argument they said there's a room but we needed to wait as it's not ready. We waited at the reception. They gave us a room for INR 2000 which wasn't worth free, not suitable for human living. Having no other option we accepted due to our condition. This was the worst experience of my whole life. Dirty and uncomfortable bed, messy furniture, toilet was so bad that I can't explain just watching the pics. Booking.com should be ashamed of adding such property in their list.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website--the reality is completely different. The hotel looks terrible in real. There were three of us, and we booked two rooms, but we all ended up sleeping in one because the other was so creepy that we only used it to store our luggage and take showers. The bathroom was so filthy that we refused to take off our slippers. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. On our way back from Connaught Place, we saw many homeless people and consoled ourselves by thinking, at least we had a bed and a restroom. And the receptionist was keep digging his nose and then sneezing. We got freaked out.

I booked through Booking.com. Upon reaching the hotel, I noticed that the amenities described on Booking.com were not available. When I enquired with the receptionist about it, he said he didn't know and that the amenities listed on Booking.com were not provided by them. The hotel room was pathetic and smelly. It was ice-cold during this season, and they didn't even have a room heater. There was no hot water in the washroom either. When I asked, they claimed the geyser was on, but there was still no hot water. I had no option but to stay in this terrible situation for two nights as the payment had already been made.

BEWARE ! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST ! Very filthy rooms. Full of cigarette smell and burnt blankets. All items were unusable and broken. No hot water. Stinky bathroom. Not at all suitable for family. Had worst night. Photos are totally different from whats actually there. Reception asking extra 1000rs during check out when asked for 1 hour extension although we checked in 12 hours late. Very rude receptionist no basic manners and courtesy. They should put a seal to this hotel posting fake images !

Dear Patrons, Please read this review before you book the hotel. then hotel management will be serious enoungh to consider the safety for staying guest .. Only name has International, Inside hotel are very very local. I would say they need a real inspection for operation. See the attached pictures. Toilet flush do not have handle, electric switches are hanging and 3 times I had a shock, dirty toilet and rusted toilet spray. kindly think before you book.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a marriage function, and it was an outstanding experience. From spotless rooms to impeccable service, everything was perfect. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Neeraj, who ensured every detail was flawlessly handled. The staff's warmth and professionalism made my stay incredibly comfortable. Truly the best hotel in Karol Bagh highly recommended!

Amenities are not as mentioned in amenities descriptions. There is no Bath tub, and Bathroom has no hot water, seems geyser is non functional.In this cold winter, room don't have a room heater. I asked for a additional blanket to keep ourselves warm, but provided us with blanket cover saying they don't have additional blanket

Guys, it's a trap. Stay away from this hotel. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever booked. The rooms were pathetic & bed was the worst. I was really worried if I would catch some infection out of it. I left the hotel the very next day.
