Hotel Shivaka Inn Delhi Airport

I had a wonderful stay at Shivaka Inn. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of space to keep my luggage and move around freely. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Good,,,, but need to more focus in business. Like room service, complementary breakfast, staff service. Inside room there are earthing issue. After completing many times they are least bother to rectify that. AC was not working but charges are there for ac room. Towels are not change daily basis.

Bed was not clean. Handles of cubard were broken.no towel was in the room. Small insects were seen in the bed. Under the bedsheet there was a dirty cloth. Quilt and pillows are not clean and have many stains. When I asked for change dirty Quilt the service lady on-duty told that she don't have any spare quilt. Bedside lights were not working. Food and service was excellent.

I had booked a certain room, specifically at this hotel, on arrival they gave me a different room than what was promised. The room was also damp and had seepage in it. Had booked the room for 1500 per night after direct conversation with the hotel, on checking in they did not even provide us with a bottle of water, there are no slippers in the room, on asking at the reception for the bottle of water, the old man on the reception named Pramod said ki "nahi milega paani iss booking pe, additional charge lagega, 999 pe call kar ke mangwa lo" Very weird experience.

I had a great stay at Shivaka Inn. The WiFi speed was amazing, perfect for work and video calls. If you need fast internet, this place is the best. Will visit again!"

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The rooms were big and comfortable for a relaxing stay.

The restaurant food was tasty and hygienic. The hotel had a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation.
