**Disappointing Stay** Our stay was a nightmare. We found a **cockroach in the breakfast**, raising serious hygiene concerns. The room was infested with **mosquitoes**, making it impossible to sleep, and the hotel provided no solution. To make matters worse, the **food was bland and poorly prepared**. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a worst experience staying in this hotel. Food was horrible. My colleague and I had food poisoning after eating their complimentary breakfast which was given for namesake and chicken which was spoiled

The hotel has completely changed from last time we visited. New decor and the accesories in room are top notch. Stayed here for 7 days with family. They have three properties here in Dwarka with the name of green Lotus, services are very good and food is amazing. GM Sanjay is very polite and helpful.

1)Cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Tables, mirrors, glass and bed was so dusty. It seemed like room had not been used for long . They even don't pick up the used utensils. 2)There were lot of mosquitoes in our room. When we complained, they blamed the locality and not their negligence. 3) Wifi was not working. 4)Only good thing about the hotel was their flexibility regarding hotel policies. They are flexible towards Check-in and Check Out timings.

Nice cosy rooms. Neatly maintained. Nice bathrooms. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception helped me get a balcony room (I had requested them 2 days prior). Breakfast is nice. Room service is a bit slow. But tea/coffee available at late night also. Only grievance - it can get a bit noisy if people start talking on the floor, outside the rooms.
