Staff behaviour is very good and also good cleaning

The hospitality is not good and the rooms are really dirty. The staff don't answer for any query. They made a luxury reception but rooms stuff like very dirty and unhigenie

Very poor rooms and service

The hotel is in an unsafe area. The staff is rude and refused to answer questions related to early checkin and distance from my work location in that area. He also forced me to pay half the amount before even speaking to me. When I made the payment and called again, he disconnected the call saying I should read the website and not call him. Horrible experience.

I stayed there for 4-5 hours in daytime but the experience was pathetic, staff looked to be so rude, didn't maintain the hygeine and location is quite unsafe. I was overcharged and deal was overpriced.

Best interior, best food, best service, feeling a much better

Very highly overpriced and very unsafe. Rude staff and not a family type hotel.
