I recently stayed at Oyo Townhouse hotel Moroand had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the comfortable beds and clean linens, which ensured a great night's sleep. The bathrooms were also well-maintained, adding to the overall cleanliness of my stay. However, there is room for improvement in the in-house restaurant. While the ambiance was nice, the menu options could be expanded, and the food quality could be enhanced to match the excellent service in the rest of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and cleanliness, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the dining experience on my next visit.

Stayed here for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for our occasion. I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Shukhi, during my stay, and I must say, their professionalism and friendliness stood out. Shukhi was attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude made my experience even more enjoyable.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. The room was nothing like the pictures online. It was dirty, with stains on the carpet and a musty smell that never went away. The air conditioning didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. I had to call multiple times to get basic amenities like clean towels, which took hours to arrive. To make matters worse, the hotel charged me hidden fees that weren't disclosed during booking. There were extra charges for things like "local calls" and an unexpected "facility fee" that I was never informed about. I felt completely scammed. Overall, this hotel is a ripoff with terrible service. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay.

I am staying in hotel right now. Disgusting room. Poor hygiene. Room smells like shit and is filled with mosquitos. Unable to sleep and probably will checkout early because of this.

3rd class service ever I have been seen in hotel industry in my past 16year travelling experience. No Food, No towel ,no tea/ coffee even No dish plate and spoon also in hotel at 10pm. Only reason and reason for everything.

The view from the balcony rooms is very good, the price is also Pocketfrindly and the staff nature is very nice to me. Overall the service is good.
