I had booked an AC room through OYO, but when I arrived late at night, the hotel staff forced me to check in offline. Even though I had already paid, they demanded extra money for the AC room. Eventually, they gave me a non-AC room for the same price. The condition of the room was awful - unhygienic, with exposed and hanging electrical wires. They falsely advertise amenities like a TV, but nothing was provided. This place is unsafe, misleading, and a total scam. Avoid it at all costs!
