Worst hotel Bad owner The receptionist was drunk when we reached there booked through agoda they confirmed our booking but when we went there they said we don't have the room never visit if you come from a decent background

Worst room experience. As in picture there is gap between door closing that makes uncomfortable. Some mischievous person were making noise over the hotel outside every room in the middle of night. Zero cleanliness of rooms. Most important that there is no faculty for food for guests.

Worst hotel No hygiene, worst admin, waste of money and time

I already paid for the hotel for online with oyo app around 711/- after that I informed to the hotel to checkin around 09:30 pm to ,after that once i reached to the hotel at night around 09:30 pm yesterday then they are asking to pay extra amout of 711/- then i refuse to pay that amount to them then started fighting with me and my partner. So at that situation they told me that we don't want to give this hotel at that price then i tell them i already paid the hotel charges but they refuse to give me the room after that i paid to them 300/- extra for the room ,I paid because we don't have a anyother option because of night 09:30pm time situation we need a room and i want my money back they hotel maneger are scammer and fraud after that hotel staff members also told us we did right to fight for our rights but because of my partner at the night time situation we paid the extra charges in that critical situation, kindly please take a action for this kind of fraud and kindly refund our money back. Other wise i am going to file a complaint with the consumer court. Kindly take a action on them i am waiting for your positive response i want my refund otherwise be ready for the case with consumer court.
