OYO Grand Hotel Near Dwarka Metro Station

A good place to stay in Delhi. I travelled to Delhi last week and stayed at this place for one week. Initially I was bit worried after reading the reviews but my booking was already made so I decided to give this place a chance and honestly I did not face any issues. Staff was very polite even the senior staff is very helpful. They helped me figuring out the transportation as well. Also the hotel is very easy to locate. it is located on main road which was a huge relief for me from the security point of view as well. Metro station is nearby. Don't expect it to be lavish 5 star hotel but a good, clean, safe and value for money kinda place.

had the worst experience of my life in the hotel. I was in delhi for some urgent work and had no other choice than to book the hotel. The workers are very rude, the facilities are BAD. I paid extra for the AC room but the AC stopped working in the night. The wifi does not work either and the water supply also stopped in the middle of the night. Please don't come here ever the hotel in itself is very shady and disgusting also the price is higher than shown here and the facilities are a big ZERO

Receptionist given 5 star by taking my phone on the name of Confirmation. Misbehaviour and after online payment, charging for gst. I give this hotel 0 rating. Because I am also at hotel now. Hotel staff take my phone do the check out.

One of the best Hotels!!! I have styed on Best experience Staff was good Clean Rooms Clean toilets They have Their Deluxe rooms at the 2nd floor they charge bit extra for that if you are looking for a clean Hospitality Experience book this hotel. i would recommend to go their directly

Worst ever app for hotels and worst ever hotel in terms of services, The receptionist at hotel asked for double money and asked me to cancel the Oyo booking and want the direct booking on cash, Taking advantage of situation and timing, But I know Oyo don't do anything. So I wasted my 2 mins to write this review

Very Dirty hotel. I booked and fully paid online but at reception staffs giving me a substandard uncleaned dirty room. Again I paid 1000 more at reception for cleaned room. Room service and house keeping bed sheets change cleaning not done at all. I stayed 5 days there due to my urgent requirements but I have seen horrible service of that hotel. I would suggest people shouldn't book this hotel at all.
