Hello, I am still waiting for the room even after paying 5300 in the morning around 6:30. My room was booked one night in advance for a total of 5 nights. I just stepped out briefly to wash my leg and returned at 9:20, only to find two people still sleeping at reception. I really don't want to stay in that disgusting Room 101 where the floor was dirty, the TV table hadn't been wiped, the blanket had a smiley face, the bed sheets were dirty, and there were no toiletries provided. After waiting for hours They have refunded me only 3000, but I am still missing 2300. They keep telling me that they can't contact Booking.com in the morning and have to wait until the evening, which makes no sense to me. I strongly do not recommend this place. It smells terrible and gives off the vibe of a questionable establishment. During just 3 hours of being here, I have seen enough to be deeply uncomfortable, all while begging to get my own money back. I am happy to give of 500 or 1000 as a deduction for not showing up or not liking the property, but I still expect the remaining amount for 1600 after deduction of 500. Can you please refund my money of 2300 This incident happened today Friday 20 September 2024

Do not book this hotel, last time I stayed here for one night which was the most useless stay experience of my life till now. Now let's talk about their stay, their rooms are dirty, there was no light, there were blood stains on the bedsheet, the pillows were dirty, there was no water in the bathroom, there was no charging point, there was no light connection in the bathroom, and most importantly it is Delhi That in this much heat these people used to switch off the AC from below repeatedly, which is very wrong. They had kept the main AC switch below, which they used to switch off every one hour. So guys, please have a humble request to you all to not book this hotel . And one last thing, you will book here at whatever rate, but when you reach here, the owner lady and the reception lady will lie to you and take extra charges, so please do not stay here.

Horrible hotel and owner.. didnt allow the room .. huge scammers and horrible service.. turned down my entry in the hotel even though i had a booking through an online booking platform at midnight

It is a very useless hotel, please do not book any hotel and this lady scams, she charges extra money by telling lies, this recaption lady is very useless, the room was very useless and the AC is not working.
