Recently stayed at malbork inn with family and I have to say it's totally worth it. Rooms were clean, spacious,well maintained and staff was very cooperative specially sanju ..

Disgusting hotel. After repeatedly complaining about cleanliness they continued to provide dirty towels and even dirtier bed sheets. Asking for 5000 Rs a night is an outright robbery for this horrible service. The hallway was infested with bugs. I had to find accommodation elsewhere in the middle of the night for the sake of my health. Do yourself a favour and avoid this "hotel".

Travelled for business. They have allowed us to Check-In early. The lady at the reception is very courteous and always greets you with a smile. Rooms were adequately equipped with an amazing staff, The location is the MSP of this hotel. Food is also good. Malbork Inn is a perfect place to stay in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi.

I've been reading very negative reviews about Manpreet who's at the reception, but she's not at all like that. She was very cooperative and helpful. She had sweet behaviour and good etiquettes. About the room - Nice and cozy room, clean restroom, delicious food. I had an amazing stay, totally justifies the price.

Very unprofessional staff and the owner doesn't know anything about how the hotel industry works and how the staff should work. I had come for my official visit to Delhi and 2 of my friends had come over to meet me just to have dinner. We did not even make any noise and maintained the proper decorum. I rudely told to send the visitors back and did not allow them to even finish the dinner. when they left I was asked to check out the next morning when I was busy attending a meeting online on my laptop.

The experience was pathetic. The owner and staff is very rude and arrogant. The glass of the shower area got shattered on its own and instead of asking for any help or changing the room they had the audacity to ask for the payment for the damage caused. Me being a hotelier cooperated and was patient all the time. I made my friend stay over there and he was asked to check out for no good reason. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel but atleast the staff and the owner should be welcoming. The owner is very unapproachable and impudent. I would want the management to understand the concept of hospitality and how the hotels work. Please do contact me for the same since I belong to the the hospitality industry. Please do let me know how can someone break the glass along with the frame????and why would someone even do it????

I recently stayed at Malbork Inn and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to Mall and Best Cafes . The staff were exceptional--friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to a very comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend Malbork Inn for anyone visiting the area.

Good place to stay in Rajori Garden. Neat and Clean rooms, just the washroom seat was a little smelly. Good Parking space. Great for couples. Hot water, kettle and Minni Fridge also available. Recommended for stay
