Unprofessional staff. Doubtful of customers. Quite illegally they do not allow two people even with id, though I stayed single

The photos attached are of checking out so kindly take it like that. We came here last minute and took 2 rooms for 3 days as we were attending some functions. We were 6 adults and 2 kids so you can have good idea how much luggage we were carrying. The staff was cordial throughout our stay. We needed water bottles. We got that. We asked for additional beddings we got that. Wifi password was shared and internet speed was very good. So the stay was pleasant. But there are a few things for the hotel as well you who might be planning to stay here. They do not have a kitchen nor any provision of tea or coffee. No breakfast either complimentary or paid. No electric cattle or anything. Though they do not mind Swiggy or Zomato orders. The surrounding is silent and pleasant to walk around. But the shops open around 11 in the morning so plan your day accordingly.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 10 rooms were booked. Service was very poor. Day staff's were ok but night staff was horrible. You will always see him playing Pub-g. Day 1 we asked them to give bathroom mat, they told it's in laundry and the day we left it was still in laundry. Only few of the room got the mat, though the room was booked more than a month prior. As the bathroom mat was not there, very easily room was getting watery and dirty, so very first day at night we asked them to clean the room, the night staff told room will be cleaned only once, don't make the room dirty, next time you have to clean it by yourself.

Rooms are not that big, I booked it through OYO. Also mentioning hotel doesn't seems good for family or married couple. It allows the boozing guys to drink inside hotel. Hotel owner is bit rude but management is decent. I personally didn't felt it safe to stay there, room was also too small. Cleaning (like floor) wasn't available all the time, it was mainly in the afternoons. Good part was they ket soap shampoo towel in the bathroom to use, blankets were clean.

Went here to stay with friends as we had a wedding to attend, service was okay, rooms had no towels or water bottles provided, the fan in the the room was supported with the help of a tape, which was too risky. Washrooms were clean, soap and moisturizer was provided. It's a little shady for solo or couple stay.

I got this hotel for 1186x 3 nights =3560. The amenities are suitable for stay . rooms were clean.. AC worked.. Got a room with balcony.. it's safe for unmarried couples too.. Drinking bottle is complementary (1 1lt bottle per day). Staff was friendly and professional. Wifi had great speed..

Hotel is at quite place yet near to key market of Tilak Nagar. Staff is pathetic .. They don't maintain peace at hotel.. Safety is also concern... As there was people staying in hotel who came to attend marriage... And were banging our door in midnight after getting drunk... One person directly tried to open room when my wife was inside. Raised concerns with owner however he is focused more on 5 star ratings on oyo and forced to give 5 star review .. Go on your risk..
