Hotel Metro Heights

Hotel Metro Heights has a good location, but my stay wasn't pleasent. The washroom wasn't clean and the hair dryer didn't work. The staff asked for cash right away when delivering food instead of adding it to the bill, which felt unprofessional. Also, the AC switch was faulty. Needs better maintenance and service.Better hotels are available at this price.

Worst hotel ever. No heating (freezing), room was way least than clean. Spare beds were damn and mouldy, staff didn't speak much English. Neighbourhood NOT SAFE and very noisy all night!! Booked by tour company... do yourself a favour and NEVER stay here.

A very average hotel which is very old and outdated. Location convenience is the only good thing

Worst hotel in Delhi they dont know how to run hotel a old man in front office is very unprofessional person don't know how to talk to customer .my husband was checked in and has i checked in late as I had meeting somewhere else but they did not let me checkin and morning my husband had to checkout ... Pathetic hotel staff

I won't advise anyone who expect to book a 3-star hotel to spend a night there. The staff hardly stood up upon my arrival. The room was in a terrible condition (hygiene highly questionable :dusty bed, dirty walls, moisture on walls and in the fridge).

One of the worst hotels I stayed in recent times. There is no hospitality and patience and don't have 3 star standards behaving like running lodge. Reception person is very rude. They are not at its standards..Don't choose this hotel ...Not at worth for money and their behaviour too. I am giving one star because can't give below that.

Horrible depressive hotel. Dark and gloomy and filthy....just look at my pictures. The bathroom was very old, full of mold and stains. I was lucky enough to bring bleached wipes to clean it. |No windows so we felt very oppressed. |The breakfast was served in a downstairs room without room and the service was deplorable and very slow. |We went with a tour so we did not pick it and I think the only reason they did it is because it is located near the metro station. Only positive thing. |
