Excellent location, Smooth check in...Baggage arrived spot on room after we checked in... Rooms were nice , had to fit in an extra bed for my son after that rooms was still spacious. Enough water bottles for the day. The bathroom was excellent and loved the rain shower. The floor incharge was really nice and cooperative with our friendly demands. Need a long walk to the pacificMall if you stay around the lift area. Need to take the internal corridor for back parking. But well connected. Breakfast was lavish and really good with wide variety of food in menu.Highly recommended if you are shopoholic in Karol Bagh market with car & bike modifications !!

Hotel high 5, New Delhi offers a delightful stay with their excellent service and luxury. The grandeur of the architectural design is awe-inspiring and adds to the charm of the overall ambience. The staff are hospitable, warm and always ready to assist, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food, particularly at the Indian restaurant, is remarkably delicious. Day or night, the view of the city through their expansive windows is a sight to behold. Overall, a highly satisfying experience. Not overly extravagant, but comfortably lavish. This hotel , New Delhi is indeed a composed symphony of an excellent stay & if you are fond of shopping you can visit Karol Bagh market I modified my Mercedes s class here visited from Chandigarh and stay in this hotel for 9 days.

guests Stayed at hotel high 5 land for a work trip and it was perfect for business travel. Clean, quiet rooms with strong Wi-Fi and a good workspace. The staff was professional and helpful, and the location was convenient. Highly recommend to stay.

Arrived around 11am from a 2+hour flight from Dehradun(2 night stay) - Room 104 was thankfully available; furthermore, we were upgraded to a 105 room on demand with a silent environment which I want. :) Service at the desk was exceptional - professional, patient and very efficient. We were escorted to the room promptly and were explained how to use the different features within the hotel. Room We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (3/10) - the room was spacious for our needs. very clean and bright (lots of natural light). plenty of sockets for powering up equipment. the bathroom was huge and included a kit and separate shower. On the subject of shower, probably the best shower in terms of pressure and temperature! also plenty of wardrobe space. bed was comfortable and pillows too. plenty of towels were available as well as complimentary water bottles (at least 6 bottles). Karol Bagh market A vibrant market always filled with public. You will get everything here from Clothes to electronics, from shoes to eateries. This place is full of everything. A perfect place to hangout with friends and family and buy things. Clothes here are super cheap and as compared to their prices they are actually very good, and you'll get a wide variety of clothes, every latest trending one. If you can bargain then my friend this place is just for you. And the main market here is on Monday. The best of clothes and prices are available on that day, but there is too much rush. So it depends upon you, if your sole purpose is shopping then you shouldn't miss Monday market, but if you're looking to explore this market, do Little bit of shopping and avoid rush then go on any day, Monday market is most famous day for cheap Shopping and Sunday is very rush avoid it/Enjoy Food We had lunch and dinner - both meals exceptional. drinks also of the highest quality. breakfast was the best part of the mornings! items made fresh to order and clearly using the highest quality of ingredients. We used concierge service multiple times - the staff were great and could not have done more for us. they were able to help shrink wrap our boxes which contained fragile items/ obtain swim floats for our youngest child, all within a couple of hours of requesting. We had an early flight back to london - they were able to pack some breakfast items for us which was greatly appreciated. i would certainly recommend this hotel in delhi- particular as it is close to the airport (15 min drive). New delhi Railway station-(2 min drive)

This hotel falls well below expectations, and I am surprised it holds a three-star rating. The room condition was poor and far from acceptable. Additionally, the location is inconvenient, and the hotel lacks a designated parking area. It was disappointing to find that they charge extra for basic amenities such as packed drinking water. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Extremely disappointing experience. The quality and service were very bad, making it feel like being confined to a jail in Delhi. A major concern was the strict curfew, which prohibited us from stepping out after 12 pm."
