Guest Reviews

RJ Barot

As a travel agent dedicated to ensuring my clients have the best possible experiences during their travels, I recently booked a stay at this property for one of my guests. Unfortunately, I must report that the experience fell significantly short of expectations, leading to considerable disappointment. My guest encountered several significant issues that detracted from their overall enjoyment of the stay. Firstly, there was a notable lack of service throughout their time at the property. This included delays in response times for requests and a general absence of attentiveness from the staff. My guest felt that their needs were not prioritized, which is particularly concerning in the hospitality industry where customer service is paramount. In addition to the service shortcomings, the cleanliness of the accommodations was also inadequate. My guest reported that the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and subsequent housekeeping services did not meet the expected standards. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any lodging experience, and it is disheartening to hear that this property did not uphold these essential standards. Moreover, my guest experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff, which further contributed to their dissatisfaction. Professionalism is crucial in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, and any lapses in this area can significantly impact a visitor's experience. It is vital for staff to maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor, and it appears that this property fell short in this regard. Throughout my guest's stay, I made several attempts to reach out to the property management to address these concerns and seek resolutions. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered, which only added to my frustration and my guest's sense of neglect. Effective communication is key in the hospitality industry, and the inability to connect with management during a guest's stay is unacceptable. Given these numerous concerns, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property to others. I will also refrain from booking it for future clients, as it is essential for accommodations to provide a satisfactory experience that aligns with the expectations set by their marketing and reputation. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and implements the necessary changes to improve their service. It is crucial for them to recognize the importance of guest satisfaction and to address the areas where they are currently falling short. By doing so, they can enhance the overall experience for future guests and restore confidence in their establishment. As a travel agent, my priority is to ensure that my clients have memorable and enjoyable experiences, and I hope that this property can eventually meet those standards.

Save yourself from this hotel. If they come to know that booking is done through other online booking websites with full payment, they will definitely cheat. Once you reach the hotel they will use the following sentences for their business of cheating: There is some issues in the connectivity with online system of booking which will be resolved within few days. So, it is taking time to confirm your booking, please wait. After collecting all the booking and payment details, the staff will take the customer to one of the rooms but not the one booked by the customer. They will remain adamant that they have provided you the correct room for which the customer has paid. They will also tell that each room has different look so it may not match exactly the same as shown in the online booking website. They will further add that all the rooms are sold out otherwise we could have shown all categories of rooms available here. Ultimately the customer has to compromise with the provided lowest category of room irrespective of which category one has booked. For instance, they have three categories - emperor, premium and executive. They will accept the booking online for executive with full payment and allot the low category emperor room.

We booked 22 rooms out of which got only 20. The staff assiged 2 rooms to someone else for which they took advanced payment from us. Majority of the rooms will smell very bad as sepage smell is coming continuously from the rooms. Food was fine but would never stay with them and neither would recommend anyone.

This hotel is a joke. They charged me ~80 USD for a night but the quality is way far from that value. The room smell is so terrible that I asked the staffs to do something. They promised to but nothing happened. I ended up spraying perfume to the bed and pillows to get some sleep. Hot water is limited. I almost got freezed taking a shower.

Good experience. It's located in the busy streets of Karol Bagh. Good place for shopping. Overall a good stay. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean and renovated recently.

Stay away from this hotel. There's nothing good to write about. I was booked for 3 nights here by my travel agency, but checked out immediately after the first night itself. The location of hotel is too interior - in by lanes of Karol Bagh. The rooms are in bad shape and the linens and room furniture is super shabby and in some places, damaged too. The towels and hand towels smells bad and you don't want to use them. Breakfast is a sham - aloo paratha, some old breads with jam packets and a toaster machine, and some boiled eggs. Staff is utterly rude and inhospitable - they will not even offer you any help in getting your luggage out and just move past you. My stay was disastrous and that's why adding the review here to save others. Avoid this place. The photos are deceptive - and there will be photos only of the reception area.

DO NOT FALL THIS TRAP !!!!! This hotel is the worst i have ever seen. We had five rooms and each room costed us for almost 4k. The rooms are in very bad condition, dirty sheets and towels, dirty blankets, no hot water, bad conditions of doors, and so much more. This hotel is not at all ideal. While booking this hotel the photos were absolutely amazing but in real it's completely opposite. Do not fall this trap please.
