I had booked the room online in this Hotel. But the receptionist is asking for extra charges without any reason. Staff behaviour was not professional. Look like thief, Asking extra charges for drinking water,

Staff behaviour is good ...... Room was clean..... TV also working.... But room size is small .... Otherwise everything is okay
They not accepted the online booking .151 rs debited from my account Still paid 800 for stay . Not satisfied with room service.
