Collection O Hotel Surya Plus Near Nangloi Railway Station Metro Station

Pathetic Staff , Behavioural Issue , Untidy Rooms even there were used condoms lying on the floor. One of my friend booked 2 Rooms as we were hear to attend his marriage. Most pathetic experience so far with hospitality business.

Worst hotel in the world.....Very dirty rooms and toilet no facility available also bed is worst..... never go

Never stay here, Rooms are so dirty, pillow cover and bedsheet was also dirty. Toilet had no jet, broken hand faucet was there. No wifi, no table, no towel provided. Mosquitoes were in plenty. It was my worst night.

So dirty rooms and staff is very roudly behave and there is not fix rate all guest are bargained by staff like market please don't stay there

Very bad experience after staying for two days towel and soap were provided in third day cleaners were sweeping without any handwash transferring the water boltle over the dispenser no cleaning of toilets and wash basin .towels,bedsheets were untidy ,no exhaust in the bathroom ,the managers continuos smoking choked our breath,first time so much worst experience with Oyo otherwise in banaras Oyo service is excellent

Firstly rooms are so dirty you can't stay there please i recommend never come here..Staff is too bad...for outsiders ultimately I'd say taking advantage of our compulsion....

Very 3rd class hotel....very dirty room and they ask extra money at a time of checkout
