WORST STAY LOCATION IN PITAMPURA! Dirty messy rooms. dirty towels and dirty sheets. We handed the key for the room clean up at 8am, and we got back late at 12 in the midnight. Still no room was cleaned up. And when we complained to the manager, he declined the cleaning of the room like it is normal. Don't ever stay at this property. worst stay ever. They even charge for complimentary water bottles.

Awful! Awful, awful experience. Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were the rudest, laughed at us when we went down to complain regarding no hot water and even questioned us back as to why we couldn't just bathe in cold water. Sent us to another room for hot water, where one of their staff was taking a bath instead. They then had the audacity to question us and ask why we didn't complain earlier and laughed again. The rooms were unclean, sheets were dirty, bathroom had dirt, there are no towels. Do NOT stay here at any cost! Given 1 star because there is no option to give zero.

Worst hotel I ever visited. They are actually duping. They have used the same hotel with different names such as Kailash O, Townhouse etc. When you will call, they will say, we dont take booking from OYO. If you reach there, they will say, that, we charge a different price on the higher rate. They are more of unprofessional and does not actually provide service. They are duping by giving wrong information. Room is not clean at all and I left within an hour as I felt unsafe and bad there. I regret why I even visited them. You must not visit this and save your money. They must learn to respect customer time and money. I booked this - first - as its name was showing townhouse. They have put a slight far location nearly 500 m from original location in google/OYO. When i called, a lady picked the phone and said, we dont take booking from OYO. What the heck, my taxi money got wasted. Then I booked, another - O KAILASH, I visited the hotel. They said, both the properties are same - and it was O Kailash collection. Then attender did something on his computer, and my booking which was of Rs 870, it increase to 1470 in my OYO app. Perhaps, OYO is also complicit in such things - how could he simply increase the price once you reach there. The lift not working, the rooms were not clean at all, the water geyser does not work and what more - worst experience. i HAVE DECIDED I WILL NEVER USE ANY OYO. Remain happy with 1470 rs. GOD IS SEEING EVERYTHING - HOW YOU ARE DUPING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. GOD WILL NOT BLESS YOU I will also never use OYO. Will shift to

They denied check-in as we had prior booking, shame on OYO who offers it's platform to such pathetic hotels, we reached at hotel at 1 am in heavy rain and they simply denied to open the door, we were outside there hotel standing in rain and they asked us to pay 1500/- extra while we already paid via OYO. WHICH HOTEL DOES THAT ? STaff is super rude and they were laughing at us.. " MADAM KHADE RAHO BAARISH ME HUM TO ROOM NAHI DENGE, ROOM CHAHIE TO 1500/- AUR DO WRNA BAHAR KHADE RHO" These were the lines literally we'll gonna file FIR against these people who were so inhuman.. OYO Is worst site to book hotels from! Gonna tweet about this whole incident.

We booked this Oyo townhouse during Diwali and it was a horrific experience. The rooms were dirty, the fan was dirty. There was a mice running around the room which was removed after we complained. There was no dustbin in the room or in the washroom. The smart tv was not working. After taking bath, we found out that the drain had so much dirt that the water couldn't pass and the drainage was clogged. The hanger of bathroom broke when I tried to hang towel. A corner wooden plank of floor was damaged. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the food.

This place has absolutely correct reviews. I saw the pics and hoped for a decent place but this is what I experienced. The property is decently built but extremely poorly maintained. I mean the cleanliness is sub standard to the level where I saw mice trying to eat butter from the breakfast buffet which I obviously did not eat. The staff seems nice but I guess the owner does not give them things to maintain the premise. Asked them to clean my room floor and bathroom they did not even have a mop bucket. All they had was a ragged dirty mop which would make floor more dirty. They did not bother to clean the bathroom floor and when asked their justification the floor is always like this even if you try to clean it. The cleaning is a joke. The bathroom floor has layers of dirt and black dirt. The stainless steel drain covers were filled with gunk. The white exhaust was covered with layers of dirt making it black. Did not have the courage to order food here. The beds are spring type with absolutely no back support because they are so soft or maybe gone bad. Another joke are the room keys. They hand out master keys to everyone where anyone can open anyone's room. Maybe if they spend on their maintenance and cleanliness this place would give people courage to book it again, but under the current scenario I doubt that. They really need a better manager and better maintenance.

No Cleanliness at all. No Doubt there infra was good but there was zero maintenance. Not asking for anything premium but atleast give clean rooms. Totally unhygienic place to stay. Moreover during check out, person at reception had the audacity to ask for my phone to give themselves 5 star rating through OYO App. Trust me I never write reviews but this place was so bad that I had to write this. Please improve as customer is paying good amount of money for staying.
