The location and ambience of the restaurant is really good. However, the service and food is really bad. As per the restaurant BBQ chicken is a Chinese dish. Chef can't make any other cuisine apart from North Indian. So if you are visiting the restaurant just stick to North Indian cuisine. If you want Chinese or Italian cuisine then visit some other restaurant.

Had a pathetic experience during my stay at Azora. The rooms are barely habitable. We had a booking of 6-8 rooms due to a wedding. Had to leave 3 rooms and check in to other hotels due to AC issues and dirtiness. Bed linen, curtains, chair upholstery have holes and stains. Towels are too rough. Room service is terrible. Takes 3-4 calls and atleast 30-35 minutes for basic things. Most staff doesn't care and responds very rudely. Could see them just loitering in the stairs, on their phones. Breakfast was bad quality, tea was almost always stale.

The service at this hotel is extremely poor. Basic necessities like water are not provided, and even after requesting, it takes hours to receive a single bottle. The lack of responsiveness from the staff is disappointing. However, the hotel does have well-managed car parking, which is a plus. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of service, despite the convenience of parking

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azora by Cherish, and I can't recommend it enough! The hotel is a beautiful blend of luxury and comfort, with attention to detail that made my stay truly memorable. The service was impeccable--staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, creating a welcoming and personalized experience. The food was nothing short of amazing; each dish was a delight, with a fantastic variety of delicacies that left me savoring every bite. Whether you're visiting for a getaway or a special occasion, Azora by Cherish is a place you won't want to miss!

Worst experience ever I have book online room before 1 week of the check in day. First i have to wait more than 1 hour for check in and then they gave me the room 202 that was too noicy and small like a matchbox. There was so many bugs in the bed and so smelly room. Don't waste your money in such worst hotels. Horrible experience. Not good at all.

Had a terrible experience at Azora by Cherish. They scam customers by showing one price on the menu and charging a higher price on the bill. When I questioned them about it, they had no justification whatsoever. To make things worse, the food was undercooked and had a foul smell--completely inedible. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged for bad food!

Visited here yesterday with my friend and we loved the Vibes of this place. The ambience is beautiful and the food was delicious.. We had non veg platter, drums of heaven and reshmi seekh kebab. It's a must visit place in Paschim Vihar.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good ambiance, decent food, and a variety to choose from.
