The Crystal Palace

Worst experience staying at this hotel. Service is poor. Safety is concerning. Door lock was not working and the hotel authority told it's under CCTV surveillance so keep your valuable items in the room and keep the door as it is. Worst service. Room was not tidy. Walls have multiple cracks, dusts all over. Washroom commode water licking. Overall a terrible experience. I will never recommend it to anyone. The hotel authority is so arrogant, asking us to submit our valuable items while going out. They have not provided any alternative room, where we can keep our valuable items. Worst hotel. I don't know how they are running the business. It's good for hourly booking for teenagers (come down do your job and go) but not suitable for family or anyone in that matter. Don't book this hotel The Crystal Palace. Only good thing is food is tasty. Otherwise everything is bad. Very very BAD. I don't know how they are justifying the name Crystal palace. Shame on you guys.

I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything, in a web of back alleys that are impossible to navigate. The sheets smell moldy and are stained. There was a dirty trash can and ash tray in the room. There is dirt everywhere. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. The room looks NOTHING like the photos online. You cannot lock the door when you leave, either. It does NOT feel safe at all. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE

The worst experience in this palace. It is only a palace by its name but actually it was a typical oyo room. Balki oyo rooms b isse behtar hote honge. It's very bad ki ap jo bolkr real mai dete ho or kisi ka special moment spoil krte ho. Food taste is good but quantity is very less. Mtlb m apna actual experience share krri hu. Jaane se phle mujhe b ese doubts the ki kesi service hogi but service is very bad. Pillows are very dirty. Washbasin is also dirty. Very smelly and dirty environment. Even they didn't give water bottle in rooms. They take extra charges for season but didn't give service that much. We were very uncomfortable in that palace oh sorry oyo rooms. I suggest you, Please don't go there at any cost. They are greedy and moneyminded peoples.

Didn't had a memorable experience. Staff is cooperative and hard working but they lack professional training related to this industry. Basic hygiene, and customer focused approach was missing. Further, there are no windows in the room and the appliances are locked at a particular rating so you cant change AC temperature or control a fan. It can either switch on or switch off. Lack of basic amenities such as soaps, towel, hot water kettle, cupboard / closet were missing. Unfortunately in my room hot water geyser was not working. All rooms had cigarette and Alcohol smells. The breakfast can be available only after 10 am. if a person is on a business trip he would want to get to work latest by 7:00 or 7:30am which leaves no option for in house breakfast.

Not recommended due to following reasons:- 1) Not a single table & not a single chair was provided in the room. 2) There is not a single window either in room or in washroom. Even exhaust fan is not in the washroom resulting very foul smell. 3) There is no wardrobe to put your cloths. 4) If you are on Govt duty and you need a bill for your stay, they will not provide proper bill for submission in office. 5) Complimentry beakfast is not provided. 6) Beds are not comfertable. 7) Ceiling fans produce too much noise, it will not allow you to sleep properly.

Need improvement in rooms condition everything else is amazing

Everything Excellent. I highly recommend for others also. Amazing place.. Food was too good. Lovely ambiance.. The decoration and food quality is amazing, the location is prime one , the staff behavior is cool and familiar. Best place for celebrate the wedding ceremony and other kind of parties.
