Extremely Disappointing Stay - Do NOT Book Here! I booked a 2-day stay at OYO Super Townhouse West Enclave through Agoda, and it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had while traveling. 1. Unhygienic Rooms: The rooms I was given (yes, multiple, in the name of replacements) were shockingly unhygienic. From improperly cleaned bathrooms to overall poor sanitation, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. It genuinely felt unsafe to stay. 2. Disgusting Common Areas: The lift door had spit stains from Indian tobacco (gutka/paan) - a clear and disgusting health hazard. I spoke with the cleaning staff, who admitted that the stains had been there well before I arrived. And yet, the floor manager and cleaning staff never bothered to clean it. Absolutely unacceptable! 3. Zero Support from Agoda & OYO: This was my first time booking through Agoda, and sadly, it was a terrible experience. I spent over an hour on a call with both Agoda and OYO customer service. The only two options they gave me--after a lot of back-and-forth--were: * Move to another room in the same unhygienic hotel. * Accept a measly 20% refund for a 2-day, 3-night stay. Both options were useless considering the actual condition of the place. I've attached some visuals from the hotel for anyone who still doubts how bad things were. My advice: If you care even slightly about hygiene and your well-being, STAY AWAY. Please take the time to read reviews like mine before booking. This place should not be on any platform until they clean up their act--literally.

There is no split AC in the room there is a central cooling system which is not effective and there is no fan in the room. The TV is not working, there is no phone in the room and the balcony is dirty.

Very dirty pillow n bedsheet. No ac working. No fan in room. No keys for the room given. The worst i have ever witnessed. Table fan given with the worst quality. No at all as pictures shown. I pledge everyone to not consider this hotel.

My recent experience with OYO under Booking ID - KZM52864 was really bad. When I booked, I was told I'd have to pay 20% extra at the hotel, but when I got there, they asked for 100% more. The hotel manager was very rude and unprofessional. Trying to get help from OYO's call center didn't work out. I want to warn others not to pay in advance using the OYO app because they promise discounts but don't deliver. Even if OYO owns the hotel, they don't seem to care about customers. I suggest avoiding OYO's tricks. OYO's lack of care for customers worries me. They should check what happened, fix it, and make sure it doesn't happen again.
