It is a residential hotel in the prime location of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, Rohini Sector 5, New Delhi.

Where do I start.. They gave the master key to a family on 4th floor, with which they could open all rooms! Then, when there was an issue with our key, they gave BOTH the master keys to us during night time, even their own service key. The security is a joke. Anybody can steal valuables from the entire building by pretending to have an issue with their key! They called us to the building showing on the maps, but gave us a room in another building - their new branch which IS NOT ON GOOGLE MAPS. Bringing our family and commuting to and from the hospital was a nightmare! We were stranded twice, and one time they had to come fetch us from very far away. The washrooms are not proper at all, the flush doesn't work. When we told them, they said the flush is like this only.. What? Water leakes everywhere, the sink tap is not directly above it, so the entire slab gets water that falls on the floor which is at level with the room! So the room gets wet when you use the bathroom sink :) Also, the door is see through! We had to go in with lights off! The hotel LOOKS good but when you stay there, everything is messed up! They were drilling things, fixing things all day and night, asking to be let in every few hours...Privacy? Lift is small and cheap quality, it can malfunction anytime, and the stairs are too steep and very narrow. Very unsafe for patients. Not to mention the owner is unbelievably rude and money hungry. He charged us for a 4bed room but gave us a 3bed room. And fought tooth and nail for money even when we told him our checkout got late because our patient's surgery got extended due to complications! No sympathy or soft-spokenness for patients families, just blunt moneymaking. We vacated within 2 days, terrible conditions to live in.

One of the best places to stay around Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Rohini. I found this place the most hygienic, and with ample service. The owner Mr. Goel was always understanding, and keen on helping. This will be my preferred stay on our next visit.

Owner of property is very friendly. He guided me for all my queries just like a family member. Rooms are very good with modern facilities. Staff Dev is very friendly. Kitchen is common with good facilities and this is the responsibility of visitors to keep it clean but alas visitors are not doing their job.

A good hotel for patients. There are only 4 rooms Every room has a wifi and fridge. They keep the rooms very clean. There is a kitchen which everyone has access to. They provide you with utensils and you can cook by yourself. There is an automatic washing machine. There are 4 malls, metro , hospital which are at a walking distance. All kinds of grocery and other stores are present in the same area. Overall it's a good place for stay.
