Hotel Superb

In the booking time they were very polite. But while Checking out man. I asked For bathroom freshener, but they didn't provide it. And there's a problem with the water heater, Every time we wanted to bath we had to Tell them to turn on the Geyser. bathroom had leakage problems. TV was Not functioning ( they tried their best w the TV, but yeah It wasn't functioning). They Rood Clean the room once but the Bathroom they never Cleaned,when i was on stay. While Checking out the manager was rude. But Serving people was nice, not all though. They have their tour Service ( liked it) . They say they have all amenities, but they Actually don't. What i feel is they should not charge for the water bottles though. Will i stay at this hotel again. NO! (Three Star Only Because of the two Staffs and the Tour )

I recently stayed at Hotel Superb in Paharganj, Delhi, and my experience was quite mixed. Clean and Comfortable Rooms. They were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere for a restful stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy throughout my visit. For travelers looking to explore Delhi and its surroundings, the local trip desk was a valuable asset. The staff were helpful in providing information and arranging local trips, making it easier to navigate the bustling city. However, my stay was somewhat marred by poor network connectivity. Both mobile signal and Wi-Fi were unreliable at times, which made it challenging to stay connected for work or personal matters.

One of the worst experience ever the hotel staffs were very rude they took extra money from us and the staff name was [Lucky]They will tell you to cancel your online booking to charge extra. The rooms were very dirty bathrooms were not clean areas was very disgusting it is considered as red light area do not stay in this hotel they do not even provide you with the regular water service was very poor I do not have the pictures because it was not even worth posting I was so disgusted to even click a picture they will stare you every time when you pass by

This was the worst hotel I have ever been. It is full scam. Room was dirty, no towels, very noisy. We even have seen cockroaches on the floor. All the 5 stars reviews are fake don't let you mislead by it. We asked for a cab and even there they scammed us. They increased the cab price by +100%. Don't go there, if you already are, leave a soon as possible.

Worst nightmare - Reception person name called MD Muajjam was extremely rude. I checked into the hotel @7:00 AM in the morning & the next morning received a call @8:00 AM , stating if you want to extend your stay or want to check out. My response was to check out at 11:00. The other side response was you have to pay for a half day which was 1500/- . If you don't wish to pay please be ready to check out in the next 15 min. While you check out every staff of the hotel including watch man will come along with you till you sit down in cab/auto to ask for tips. I stayed over here for three days & the experience was extremely bad. I would recommend especially a family coming into this hotel to stay away from it.

One of the best hotels in paharganj. Highly recommend price are also reasonable. Room services are the best. Daily cleaning hotel is tidy. Staff's are really friendly and feels like home here. Thank you hotel superb for making my stay best.

We stayed at Hotel Superb in India for 4 days, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the expectations set by the photos online. The room was not as advertised, with a worn-out bed spring. The uploaded pictures seemed outdated, as the room and furniture felt poorly maintained. The location was also hard to find using maps, and the hotel's exterior was unnoticeable, making it challenging to identify at first. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the food in the resto is good. However, improvements in the room quality and more visible signage would make a big difference
