Worst experience with the hotel owner and staff they are not allowing any visitors to meet their family members Rude behaviour towards their guests Food quality is very bad

Poor hospitality. Staff doesn't understand the meaning of hospitality and that they are supposed to serve the customers rather than abusing and disrespecting the customers. Their toilets and flushes do not even work.

Good hotel. Very good staff and service. Hotel location is very amazing. The best budget hotel compared to other hotels

This is a good hotel located at an amazing location, close to all public transport. The rooms are small but comfortable. In house Restaurant is good and has delectable cuisine. Front desk is helpful and duly provided early check in when required. The only flip side is the room service which could use some improvement. A cup of tea asked in the morning took 1.5hrs to find my room. Management should look into this aspect and improve upon it. Overall a good experience. Can be explored by travellers.

It's located on road and the parking space is a challenge. Went to attend a birthday party and the quality of food was okay but I personally won't prefer open terrace arrangements at this hotel as too much flies and seasonal mosquitoes were there. If the event is arranged in the open place then there should be the proper arrangements for flies and mosquitoes.

Room no 305 stayed for a night with family.located in In a busy main road, 400 mtrs from naraina vihar metro station, food taste was excellent,geyser working, cooperative staffs & excellent service, I will give 5 and say excellent but have some issues to rectify for better & smooth stay. 1. Kettle was broken, frankly says someb gurst prepared Maggi in kettle for a month.pls change it. 2. Balcony door not closing, the lock was not working, it's unsafe for a single women stay. 3. Need a foot mate for washroom, it will prevent room from wet foot. 4. Food was superb but qty was very less in meal combo which u served for 2 person. Overall excellent stay.
