Room service could be better , washroom cleaning can be better . Also the blankets were not so clean

I have been travelling all over India for the last 27 days. For the first time I didn't receive any complementary towels,soap,shampoo . Wait, let me tell you more important issues that need your attention. I was in an AC room but they turned off the main power connection of AC several times without informing. This hapenned about 5-6 times in between my 40 hours of stay. I had to go to the reception every time using stairs to ask to turn on the AC. You are wondering, why using stairs? because their elevators don't work properly . I was stuck in the elevator 3 times. Also the emergency button doesn't work you might get better options in this street within the same budget. so, now decide

We booked 3 nights here after landing in Delhi. Unfortunately the noise was so bad we only ended up staying 1, and moved hotels after the first night. |I understand the noise outside cannot be helped, but we could hear people in the corridors all night long - talking and slamming doors. It was impossible to sleep! |The hotel is very outdated with very poor facilities. |Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you have some good ear plugs!!

If there was a option for zero star then this hotel deserve zero. Washroom was dirty, anytime leakage problem. Room was not hygenic. Tv not working properly & only free channel u can watch. A. C controlled by hotel staff. Service was zero. In one line, plz don't stay. Even dharamsala is better than this hotel. Only location is near by rly stn, this is a single plus point. Very bad experience.
