Hotel LIV INN

I stayed in the hotel for one night on 21.12.2024. The outside view of hotel is good. When you start to enter inside the level of beauty which is outside starts degrading. Rooms are not so neat and clean as they should be equivalent to money paid. Washroom was not so clean as it should be. However, Service is good. Location is sadi beautiful and at a walking distance from Naraina Vihar Metro Station.

The room is ok.. But Rest room is still maintained. The room is full of cigarette smell. They can do a better job according to me. Morning complimentary Breakfast is not at all good.

I checked into Hotel Liv Inn yesterday at 12:20 PM. When I inquired about the price, the lady at the reception told me it was 2000. I agreed and mentioned that I would check out by the evening. However, at 6 PM, the same lady asked me to vacate the room or pay an additional 1500. I questioned this and stated that I would be staying until 10 PM. When I asked her to show the room price list, she outright refused. She then locked my room and kept the key with her, even though my belongings were still inside. She told me that I could speak to the manager when he arrived. Soon, a Delhi Police Head Constable came, but instead of addressing the issue fairly, he blamed me and insisted that I either pay 1500 more or vacate the room immediately. Thanks to Hotel Liv Inn for giving me the worst experience of my life--one I will never forget.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Delhi, offering affordable rates, a central location, and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable and staff also very friendly nature and very helpful, very convenient location and very easy way to go any places.

One of the most pathetic hotels you would come across. The rooms here are ok ok just like a typical OYO rooms but the food trust me the food would leave you guessing as to when the food will have no salt and when the salt content in the food would be double than the normal type. The rice when ordered was like a rice you get in ration stores low chea grade ones. Think before you plan your stay.

Worst hotel It wasn't even a hotel rather it was like a homestay. The service was ridiculous, I wouldn't even call it a service. The staff was rude and didn't even know how to communicate with the guests. A lot of sound was coming in the night, the disturbance was too high that we could barely sleep. They didn't even cleaned the room even after saying they ignored us. No dusting was done. Even after booking the hotel 3-4 days early, no coffee or tea was offered and no dinner was provided when we reached the hotel at night.
