Hotel Eurostar International Delhi Airport -T 3

Very very poor . They internally tied up with hotel o globe inn located next to this building..I have booked in oyo for global inn hotel and they sent me back to this hotel. Further they are charged additional money . No clean and no service and all. Not recommended to anyone.

This hotel is amazing u should have to visit it for once nice rooms, good service and etc..

This hotel is a part of the airport taxi "no hotels are open" scam, I was brought here with my ex at 4am after 20 hours of flight, told there was a holiday and nothing is open, they refused to drive me to the main market and made me book a place here for 500$ a night, no joke.

Worst hotel ever. AC is not working properly. The room is too dirty. Water tap are jammed or not water at all. Staff are cheating the guests. Don't think about staying at this hotel even at a free price. The hotel lift is also not working. The bedsheet is also very dirty.

Best place to stay near the airport. The room itself was very clean and there was hot water available 24/7. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean too. Best of all has to be the staff. As we had a evening flight, we requested for late checkout and to our surprise, they were flexible enough to let us check our anytime we wished at no extra cost. It's the little gestures such as this that makes a huge difference to the customer experience. Would highly recommend staying here if you need a place located close enough to the airport yet without the noise of incoming/outgoing aircraft.

Firstly finding this hotel is a task. The lift wasn't working. So we had to climb to the second floor. The room was tiny, barely any space to walk. Not enough light (just 1 worked and dim). Pretty unclean room and smelly as there was no proper ventilation facility. There was a window but a wall next to it, so no light coming through. The ac didn't work all night but we were too tired to complain. Above all there was no vodaphone network in the room (so forget about imp calls and otp) they asked to connect to the wifi. We checked in at night around 12 and had flight next day around 5 so we requested for a late checkout as we barely stayed 20 hrs but they denied and asked to pay for half day. Which is pretty disappointing for the price they are charging and the facility we are getting. Just because I paid advance I had to stay else I wouldn't have spent 1 min in this place. Please do not, I repeat DO NOT go by the pictures. There are better hotels at the same price with better facilities in the same locality.

Reception area was clean and welcoming. However, the hotel room was terrible, claustrophobic and it was very poorly venitilated. We only stayed a day. We felt suffocated. T he sockets were hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was not working. The view from the bathroom and room window was just building rubble. There is no chance of fresh air.Don't believe peoples 5 star reviews they are all fake.see photos as evidence

We checked in , the room looked nice, decent enough. Post checkin in we found the shower and water source wasn't working properly. They changed our room that evening. Gave us another room with the same issue. No hot water. While checking out we were told that its summer one does not need hot water at this time of the year. Saying thats what you get in the amount you paid. Honestly the rooms are nice The ones with the window on the sides. Of main street. Also inspite of knowing the issue we faced with the First room that room was immediately given to some other guest . They do not care to repair or maintain the things even after complaining.
