Very ambient and easy to access place Hotel rooms are in great condition with huge spaces for parking and best thing is it's near the airport, supportive staff and Clean place to stay, very much recommended

I stayed in Grad Notting Hill on my recent trip to Delhi. The hotel is very close to the airport, took me about 10 minutes to reach the hotel from terminal - 1. The hotel has a sprawling lawn and a very well kept property. The check-in was smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean, had tea and coffee maker kit in the room, the room is well equipped with all amenities. The bathroom is clean and all basic toiletries are provided along with a hair dryer. My only complaint about the hotel is the restaurant, which has limited menu. There is not much choice and I preferred to eat out. There was no hot water available in the bathrooms. Called the reception for the same, and they told me they could get me a bucket or two. Otherwise it is not a bad place to stay for a short trip.

Very bad and unsafe hotel . It's not a 4 star hotel at all. It's a 1 star hotel. Staff don't know how to behave and how to talk. My wife felt very unsafe there. The staff is not good at all. Internet issues. Very bad location. Food is very expensive and not good at all. Untidy rooms. We booked the hotel for 7 days but checked out in 2 days. We asked for refund and the person talked over the phone was very rude.

The hotel though boast to be a 4 star hotel but it could best be described as a 3 star category hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and fine with basic amenities. Bathroom is also clean. The rooms and bathrooms require refurbishment. The location is okay near the Airport just beside the highway. The service is lethargic. No menu in room. Room service is pathetic. Does not provide non vegetarian food. Breakfast is fine. Overall just fine for a night stay near the airport to catch the next flight.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Grand Notting Hills during my stay from August 25th to 27th: Upon check-in, we waited for an unacceptable 30-40 minutes before gaining access to our room, a highly frustrating start to our stay. The hotel's WiFi was non-functional, a problem that persisted for a staggering 5 hours, leaving us without a vital amenity. Despite prior confirmation with the hotel about late evening arrival with extra guests, we were denied accommodation and treated disrespectfully by Mr. Vivek. It took an agonizing hour to resolve the issue, ultimately forcing us to send our guests to another hotel at 3am, a situation that was both unsafe and unacceptable. And after requesting the call from the Authority (General Manager Mr. Anjani Kumar), he didn't even bother calling back for the same. This experience raises serious concerns about the Grand Notting Hills' service quality and safety standards. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were exceptionally good and well maintained. The room service was also really good. I had arrived mat night and they had already arranged a room for me. The food pricing was in the higher side but the quality of food was good, but what i didn't like was the price of a bisleri, it was 130/- ! For one bottle, that was the negative side of it

It was pleasure to describe hotel ambiance cleanness food & location of the hotel easy to reach from airports. we are frequent travellers they had provide good hospitality assistance spacialy front office team & every things was wonderful....

We booked this hotel about a month ago. We arrived at this hotel after a long flight ar about 4.30 pm on 1.3.17. The state of the room, the service and unprepardness was so bad that within 2 hours we had to change the room. To start with there was no electric kettle, insufficient tea and milk. The A/C was not working properly, there was no hot water, hand held shower not working, the bath towel was not washed properly because there was stain of human faeces which not only looked bad but can spread disease. Even after being shifted to another room there was no hot water and we had to take cold shower. The safe locker was not working and we had to call technician twice. We checked into hotel for rest and relaxation and not to be constantly on the phone making complaints.
