The food was really good, and the service was excellent. The location is also great. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Special thanks to Dheeraj Soni, Sybil, and Sachin for their amazing hospitality. I truly appreciate how Sachin and Sybil took the time to listen to feedback on how things could be improved further. The view was beautiful, and I absolutely loved the surrounding atmosphere

I stayed at this property on March 10th, 2025. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and I was given a lake-facing room. My room included an attached balcony with a tea table and a couple of chairs. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries. The property offers ample parking, a lawn, swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, and more. The restaurant is excellent - I had an a la carte dinner, and the taste was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was complimentary, with a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious. Worth the price. The only negative was there were a lot of mosquitoes on the corridors and in the open spaces. This property does not have a lift.

Service staff is courteous. Would like to make a special mention about one of the staff member Ms. Kaikasha. She voluntarily asked me on breakfast table if I need something to eat. And she promptly got the eatable which I wanted. I felt so comfortable that I got service without even asking.

It is excellent experience for me to stay and enjoy the ambience at this 4 Star hotel located on a riverside. Beautiful ambience, cordial staffs and yummy foods. I enjoyed the 'Urban Dhaba' specifically because of its telecasting of IPL live and the delicious hot foods served as hot as the matches played in IPL. I especially liked the pleasant service of Mr. Rajesh and Ms. Sybil a lot who understood our requirement and served us cordially. Don't miss to visit this place for food or for stay if you are in Silvassa or nearby.

The rooms were clean and the service good. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from, do give the dosa at live counter a try. The hotel has a lovely lawn beside the swimming pool for a relaxing walk. Also, the river font view from the balcony is a delight to wake up to. There are 2-3 adjoining restaurants with both veg and non-veg food. It also has a kids play area and spa.

Overall average experience. Room was good but cleanliness was not maintained. Food was good. If you order beer in room then they dont provide opener. They said call them to open it and they will come after sometime after calling, so if we have to drink 2-3 beer then we hv to call them everytime to open the beer... Ha ha.. I think service need to be improved overall..

We stayed there for 2 days with family. Location is very convenient & just opposite to river. Service is very good l. They serve wide varieties of items in breakfast (more than 25) Food quality is really great. All 3 restaurant are also good so you don't have to go outside for food. Swimming pool is well maintained. Recommended

Absolutely loved the food here every dish was fresh and delicious. The service was quick and friendly and ambience made the experience even better. Highly recommend the prawns masala and chicken Afghani kabab. Perfect place for every occasion.
