Location is very good and very near about our state, so it's very good for us and nice food and very good service by Sonu mandal, vishal dubey and manish tiwari.

Good location and near by our place. And wondefull experience for all activites and all staff (Mr. Vishal Dubey and Mr. Sonu Mondal) are kind and supportive.

Premium location, swimming pool water rides, very cooperative staff Mr Sonu Mandal, it was such a nice stay.

The only good thing at the resort was the helpful receptionist, I forgot to ask her name but she was the only savior to this awful experience. They said water park is included and guess what, the water park was filled with dust and the size of the water park pool even though huge in size but the depth was definitely not for adults. Rooms were okay, pool was nice but it's the service that's pathetic. Especially their operations manager, too arrogant and rude. For some reason, we asked on the first day itself that we would like to checkout tomorrow, even though we already paid for 2 days but not only declining the refund request, at the end he said, refund will take 15-20 days, not sure why it had to take so long neither he bothered to explain or barely help. I would recommend choosing a resort that's within the Silvassa city limits and not in the suburbs.

I did checkout within 3 hours from check-in due to some reason like.. 1. Manager was talking rudely. 2. Manager said waterpark is not included but after we requested he opened 1-2 rides and that is also very dusty/ less water and working not properly due to less water pressure. 3. Taking too much time to prepare lunch from order time and taste was bad and few items was not available. 4. Room Air conditioner was not working properly. 5. Bad smell coming from washroom. 6. Liquor was not available in the resort and can't bring into the resort from outside as manager/ receptionist said. Etc... Can't go there again if there is free of cost.
