Hill View Resort

The reason to give this feedback is I am very happy towards the hospitality services given by hotel manager Mr Uttam Dora. He welcomed us with a smile and he helped us in many manners towards food variety. Only issue is lift. It showed us hell. I recommend to contact the concerned if any issues in the hotel bcoz he was only meant responsible. If the lift was ok then I would have given 5 star

Resort is ok. Rooms are not clean. No proper maintenance. AC in some rooms not working properly. Toilets are not clean.

Best hotel to stay in khanvel (silvassa). Hotel staff was helping and courteous, specially Mr. Uttam the hotel manager and Mr. Kaushik from front desk who helped us in speedy check inn with a smile. Breakfast was decent but the pool left us with no complaints. Loved our short stay thanks to Mr. Uttam and the team definitely recommended for everyone.

We came to this resort on Saturday a group of 11 people. As soon as we came the manger tired to convince us about the overpriced buffet. We opted of non veg food but they were very hesitant to provide us. The quantity was very bad. There is no water in the toilet. Staff knows nothing and has no clue. We ordered tandoori and it was the worst we ever had. So spicy it but my tongue. Worst place.

We stayed for 3 nights here. Room Interior was average and bathroom was ok. Room was not well maintained but real fun was swimming pool. We enjoyed dj night at pool side. Food was delicious aspecually khichadi and punjabi. Service was ok. Overall it was enjoyable with friends. Value for money.

I've visited silvassa in Feb'17 and I stayed at Hotel Hill view for couple of days. ||Hotel Hill view is very pathetic and doesn't have bare minimum facilities. They call it Resort, but doesn't have anything else than swimming pool. Following is my observations:||I stayed at Delux room.||Cons:|1. D2h in the room was not recharged and it took almost 10 hrs to make it working. At the time of check out, I spoke to other travelers, they said their D2h was not recharged even after two days.||2. Room doesn't have the menu to look at the available food items.||3. Telphone doesn't have list of imp nos mentioned like Reception, Restaurant, Laundry etc.||4 Fan's regulator was not working and it took more than a day to fix the issue.||5. Room has window A/c and its vent were broken and it was too noisy.||6. Bathroom doesn't have place to put your cloth. No stand, nothing.||7. Bathroom's door doesn't have handle to open / close the door, you have to use small stopper to open/close the door. Very inconvenient.||8. While cleaning the room, they forgot to refill water jug and put the new set of towels. I need to ask them do this.||9. Room doesn't have the refrigerator.||10. Cleanliness in the Restaurant is ZERO. There were so many mosquitos that you can't even sit there for 10 mins. We went there couple of times, order the food and due to lots of mosquitos, we asked them to deliver our order in the room. !!||11. In Restaurant they serve tea in the small paper cup. They don't serve in Cup and saucer. Are you kidding??||12. Restaurant doesn't get your signature on the bill while delivering your food and at the time of check out they makes lots of mistakes in the food bills.||13. Check in and check out experience was also very bad. Receptionist doesn't know anything and consultant with her seniors for the every thing. ||Pros:||1. Food taste is somewhat good.|2. Children may enjoy the swimming pool.||All and all very pathetic service, rooms are not properly maintained and you MUST avoid this.||I'm giving Zero/worst rating.

Worst experience ever in our life. utter confusion among staff who are supported by Don Bosco Tech. Waiting frm half n hour n no one to entertain whereas there were 7 waiters who were confused. dont know what the food quality would be. Recommended not to visit this restaurant if you are looking for good service.

Cost wise good , staff supportive . Room service was not up to mark did regular cleaning only when asked for. Bed sheet and beds were not clean had micron insects which bite . There were mosquito on the room. Food quality was not good
