Dear Hotel Roshini I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on 4/08/2024 Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected and has left me quite disappointed. To begin with, the service was extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When the food finally did come, some of the dishes were cold and not up to the standard I've come to expect from your establishment. Additionally, the server was inattentive and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. When we pointed out the issues with our food, the response was dismissive and First taking order then after coming and telling not available this was really hectic I felt I wasted my money

Food is best available in Silvassa, especially if you are a Non Veg. Try their Chiken Dangi. It's excellent

It was good hotel, but kindly take action on electric material, like Ac, telephone and gijar it was not in good condition

The best hotel to stay in rakholi they have got very good room and the food is the best u will get all variety of food and service is also the best I stayed here for three days

comparing with other hotels in rakholi this hotel is far better.
