Horrible, very bad and frustrating experience. Please avoid this place. Stay here only if you like to get your sleep disturbed by bedbugs, cockroaches. Very dirty rooms, washroom, extremely dirty. Quality of breakfast is very very poor, substandard. This is not even worth of one star. We had booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms had cockroaches and bedbugs. Whole night we couldn't sleep, the staff did provide another room at midnight but we couldn't sleep whole night. Even small time hotel, dormitories would be better than this. The water in washroom is all salty, no difference in sea water and tap water in rooms. On top of this the housekeeping staff is very rude, won't even give one waterbottle, when they know their tap water is not even good for brushing teeth. Please do not book this one. Extremely bad experience. Sharing details here so that no one had to go through what we had gone through.

Located just across the beach so the location is great. Rooms are good, but some of the things were dusty and some were wet. Didn't like the breakfast buffet. Taste needs a lot improvement. Lobby is very pretty and huge

It is NOT a resort but 2-star hotel standard. Shabby rooms with torn out furniture. Very untidy bathrooms (dirty floor, flush not working, door look dysfunctional). Poor housekeeping (very poor cleaning standards). Only good part is location. Shared feedback with hotel staff but no reaction or concern shown.

The hotel was right opposite to the sea. From the window and verandah sea was visible. Rooms were spacious & clean. Rooms had all amenities. There was indoor restaurant, bar & coffee shop. Breakfast was complimentary. Food was tasty. Staffs were helpful.

Sweet resort located near Nagao beach. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities. Breakfast had a good spread. Food was delicious especially fish dishes.

Location: perfect, across the beach, close to the local food court stalls and the changing facilities of the beach. Room: large, with a balcony. One can see the sea from the balcony. Service: professional. Food: the restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, veg and non-veg, all have standard taste and portions. Breakfast spread could do with an improvement. Parking: available onsite.

This is a good hotel overlooking the Nagoa beach. There could be obstructions in view due to some trees on both sides of the road. Hotel staff are good, cooperative and professional. Facilities, room, restaurant and breakfast are all good. It has options for non-veg. Only for sightseeing (we didn't have a car), we used to walk across outside the Nagoa beach area (10 mins) till the auto stand.

The hotel is located very close to Nagoa beach(2 min walk) though you can't see the beach due to the trees. The room size is adequate for a family of three. Room floor was sticky when we checked in and had to be cleaned again. The washroom is clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is very simple with minimum spread. The pool is small but in good condition. Overall, a pleasant stay and would have been great if not for the cost.
