Worst Hotel Services I have ever seen in Daman. You can't find out any responsible person to talk. Don't Visit this Place for stay, Food and Drink. They will misguide you and charge overpriced....... On Complain at Reception, Owner would come and shouting, try to fight, might be abnormal behaviour. Don't trust on my google review's reply he will try to justify but fail to do so....

Worst food ever and staff don't even accept that the food quality and taste was worst Staff's behaviour was also very rude. And very expensive. Don't visit this place

If you don't want health issues than don't visit in this restaurant very worst experience and food also you will smell dirty smells

Very very very bad service. Thay treat you like you are not a customer. They are treat you like you are living there free.

This is the worst place to stay. The person on the reception just doesn't even know basic manners to talk to anyone. The AC in the room kept on leaking and they on multiple reminders didn't rectify the issue or changed our rooms. Even worst is the restaurant. They are looting the customer charging more than mrp for even a bottle of water. Everything that we ordered from the menu did not taste good. We weren't given proper bills for anything. Please avoid going there at any cost.

It was my worst stay in Daman. Service is zero, staff won't listen to you, cleanliness is what they don't know I guess, food service in room is hell. My experience was hell. There was no phone to ask for service, always needed to go to reception and there also no one was available. The bedsheet and pillow covers were too dirty when asked to change they it's white colour that's the reason it's looking dirty. The bed was full of bed bugs.it was horrible. Above all the complimentary breakfast which was provided was having cockroach on it. When showd to them they took the poha which was given in breakfast and didn't gave anything after that day it was complimentary. It was horrible.

Charges like luxury hotel service like worst.... Totally waste of money

It's a mix review for this. Pros: Nice place to stay Walkable distance from Dewka beach Polite staff Cons: No intercom No room choice on the first floor who's booking online. No hangers in room to hang the cloth No power back-up. Almost waited for more than a hour for electricity power.
