Worst Experience Ever - Completely Unprofessional and Misleading I had one of the worst experiences staying at this hotel and I strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment we arrived, everything was different from what was shown online. The photos on the booking site were completely fake and misleading. The actual condition of the rooms and facilities was poor, unhygienic, and nowhere close to what was promised. It felt like we had been completely fooled just to get us to book the place. The price shown online was also false. After reaching the hotel, they demanded extra money without giving any valid reason. When we questioned this, the owner and manager were extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of resolving the issue, they argued and behaved in a very disrespectful way - especially towards female guests. Their tone was aggressive and insulting, and they made us feel very uncomfortable. When we tried to explain our concerns, the manager literally said, "I am the policy, tell me what you want to do," as if rules don't apply to him. This kind of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable in the hospitality industry. There was no courtesy, no customer service, and zero respect for the guests. This hotel is a complete scam. They try to attract people with fake photos and prices, and once you arrive, they trap you into paying more and treat you like you're the problem. I've never had such a bad experience with any hotel before. If you care about your safety, your money, and your peace of mind - stay far away from this place. It's not worth the stress or disappointment. They should not be allowed to run a business with this kind of behavior.

The best experience we had with family food was amazing . Most hygenic place . Staff was good . It was respectfully.. quality was good.. must visible place with family and friend . There was cleanliness in room surrounding area was clean .. greenery in the gazebo ... service was at a time .. breakfast was healthy .. good place to enjoy with family ..

Disappointing Experience at Areca Palms and Resort Areca Palms and Resort was a complete waste of money. The food was terrible, service was poor, and staff seemed uninterested. The location is in a residential area, and there are no facilities for kids. Breakfast was a joke - tea and coffee came in small jars with no cups, and the food was tasteless. There were no options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Management seems unbothered by the issues. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. Rating: 0/5 stars

Worst stay experience. The staff is not at all professional. The complimentary breakfast is just a scam. They do not have any proper arrangement for breakfast. Water supply is also not proper. The reality of rooms as compared to the website is totally disappointing. They are charging very high price for this type of room and non professional staff. The staff do not even have basic manners how to talk to the guest. TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY.

The rooms are good, the hospitality is also good, and the service is very quick. The swimming pool is well maintained and newly built. Just need to improve a bit on breakfast by adding up or replacing a few items as it's very limited options comparatively. Overall 4.5 star but there's no option for it so going with 5.

These people are cheaters... Don't buy any coupons, as these people will not allow to encash those citing some or the other reasons The location is in center of residental zone Rooms are good but /service is pathetic.. Every order takes more than 20-30 mins, which will kill your hunger.. Their was music arrangement with karoke but these people are sad, dont encourage on activities.. Pool is good but change rooms are subdued.. No support on pool, you are on your own.. Ample parking Breakfast was good but limited stock.. Boiled egg not available, fruits exhausted etc... Make conscious call before booking in hotel

It was great pleasure to visit thus property which is known as Areca palm and resort.....it was good experience with friends .Entire area compound was neat and clean...Greetings with positive vibes ...highly requested to visit this property ..staff was good quality of food was hygiene..thanks to everyone supportive staff
